“I have nothing but good to say about Olivia Mark. I received an email to say a top I ordered was out of stock. They asked if I would like to order something else, or would I like a refund. I said I would like a refund. Within a few hours, I received a reply advising they had refunded to my account. They also gave me a 20% discount off my next order. “I wish I could give it 0 stars. Was very unsure of this website, and I should’ve followed my intuition. Even the website is sketchy, all the pictures were so bad quality as if they were downloaded and stolen from a different website… Ordered two tops to see how the quality was, and it was horrible. The fabric was so cheap and the way it was cut was so terrible it looked like a child did it with crafting scissors. So overpriced and they look like they’re trying to look ‘designer’ and unique with their designs but all their designs are stolen and come from cheaper Chinese online stores such as ChicMe and stuff. Wanted to make a return and it was the sketchiest return process I’ve ever seen. There’s no place to do it on the website or in your account (in fact I lost my account entirely when they implemented their new website making it impossible for me to return, but of course I only learned that AFTER I sent my return…) I had to do it by email and at first they offered to give me an in-store gift card worth 20% of my purchase?? No, I want a full refund! Well, guess what? After a couple of emails I was able to start the return process. I sent back my order, paid for the return and NEVER got a refund. Lost $96, thanks Olivia Mark. Just stay away from this crap. How can they lose my tracking number and account so easily? What kind of scam company is this?”
