I paid for a Playstation 5 from this site on June 24, 2021, I reached out to the support on the site using the chat option, they advised that it should take 3-5 days, and that I should get an email with shipping confirmation on the third day.
After 9 days of no promised update, I tried reaching out to them again through chat more than 5 times, got no reply, I tried reaching out to them using the email on their site multiple times still no reply, I tried calling them, no answer and they would not return my calls.
I submitted a complaint against them with PayPal and explained all my attempts to try and work things out with the site, and requested a refund from, and still got not answer, paypal was very helpful and got me my money back.
Bottom line is, don’t buy anything from this site, they are definitely a scam, buy from a trusted retailer.
I tried ordering a PS5 from this site, the site chat advised that it would take 3-5 days.
I placed my order on June 24, got no updates after 9 days, I tried reaching out to them through email, phone, and the chat service, got no reply.
Filed a dispute against them with PayPal, I explained what I mentioned above.
Got a refund from PayPal on July 16, bottom line is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, save yourself the frustration, hassle, and just get what electronics your looking for from a big box store like best buy or Amazon.

One system per ID, register the ID, and a lot of people wouldn’t have been scammed and repels scalpers. Instead, they only care about making sales. They don’t care about people, they only care about money. .. .Anyway, this site is a total scam, DON’T BUY FROM THEM. SPREAD THE WORD.

I went for a PS 5 through their website (yeah, scalpers, but only 100 bucks over retail). Payment went through and then they came back and said in order to ship, their “agency” required an insurance fee of $350. They said it was fully refundable, but that was a Red Flag of Scam.
