According to their website and also talking with a representative, they had my size, so I ordered two. They were so pretty and I loved them, but they sent size medium when I had ordered small. I understood they didn’t pay for return shipping, but this was their error, so I expected them to pay for return shipping. But no, in talking with a rep I was told that they were aware their size chart was in error, but that the size S actually came as a size M. I was flabbergasted at this double talk and tried to reason with them that since this was their error, and they admitted there was a problem with the sizes, they should pay for return shipping. They refused, but told me that I could keep the bras and they would refund me half my cost minus original shipping. Again I was flabbergasted! I figured that this was the way they made their money; either they charge a bunch for each cheap China-made bra and make a great profit or they refund half and still make money! What a rip-off! Don’t buy any of these bras!

I ordered 2 bras and they were too small. They sent replacements saying I could keep the first set. Well the replacements the strap were to big no way to adjust. I just asked for my money back and to send all the bras back and they refused to give me a full refund only half. So, now I have 4 bras that are useless and only half my money. I will never buy anything from this company again!
