My order was placed 12 days ago. I have wrote to their customer service via email three times for my shipment status and tracking number. No response. I am going to contact PayPal to dispute my payment. I don’t believe this is a reputable website to buy from.
I RECEIVED THE DRESS I ORDERED AND IT DOES NOT FIT, I WANT TO RETURN IT WHAT IS THE ADDRESS TO SEND IT TO?
I wanted only cotton garments. One of 3 was really cotton. It was ok quality but you get what you pay for. If you intend to ware the item only a few times then its ok. the other two garments had no inside lable showing what the fabric content is. The were listed as cotton. the fabric looks like a thin cheep polyester. Quality is poor on the 2 garments I wanted to return. I guess I missed the 14 days return. It was my fault because i got sick and did nt get to it.

i ordered several items of clothing and a pair of shoes. All of them were too small. i IMMEDIATELY ONTACTED the department that was listed for returns. I was connected with a BOT who kept sending me in circles. They have a 14 day return policy so I know they will say that I am outside the return window even though I’ve been trying to contact them this whole time. My advice is don’t fool with these overseas on-line stores. They promise the world until they get your money and then kick you to the curb. I definitely will be contacting my bank to let them know and I am done with these low-priced rip off companies. It’s just not worth it and the quality of their clothing will only withstand washing. Don’t waste your money. You’l be sorry you did.
I ordered one item 9/7 as of 10/19 I have not received it. Glad I did not order more. I guess it was not enough for them to bother sending!! Not reliable or trust worthy.
