I ordered a dress and it arrived in days; however, it is too tight. I do love the dress so I want to exchange it. However, I emailed the customer service already twice and still haven’t received a response. My event is on September 29th, so I’d really like to reorder the dress or get one from somewhere else if possible. How can I return or exchange this?? My order number was WBHMUS15106.

I ordered 2 HOCO dresses for my daughter on 9/23 & paid for expedited shipping ($23+). Both showed ‘ships within 48hrs.’ Having heard nothing by Tuesday (9/26) afternoon, I emailed (btw-no way to contact them by phone) them to ask when my order was due to ship. Another 24hrs goes by & I forward the original email again & ask for an update (9/27). As of 4:30p on 9/28, still no response. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge but THANKFULLY Hellymoon did the right thing & removed the charge from my card on their own! But if you have a time deadline, do your homework before ordering from this company!!

I ordered a dress for my hoco Sep 16th, and I ordered it around late August. It did not arrive until September 18th despite the 6-10 day shipping. It really sucked to get information from the website as far as estimated arrival, etc. all responses from customer service ARE automated. Now, I have received the dress. Let. Me. Tell. You. It is STUNNING. I am in love with it! I paid around $128 with shipping and coupon code. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because it did not arrive on time and the zipper kinda sucks. The rest of the dress is great quality, but the zipper is kinda hard to pull up when it is on your body. Overall though, so incredibly happy with it. It is stunning and looks just like the pictures. A lot of people said they never received their dress and had issues dealing with returns. I didn’t have to deal with any of that so overall my experience was pretty great. Although I deleted all emails and stuff, order number is in the subject and I added a pic of myself for reference. 🙂
