I took these pills on two different times. The first time I took them. My blood pressure went up very high. I only took two. One in the morning and one at night. I waited a few days. My blood pressure went back to normal. So I tried it again. Once again my blood pressure went up high again. I tried to reach out to the seller for a refund. Even though on the website it say it’s eligible for a return or exchange. Not true at all. So I just wasted my money. Just be careful and if you get a headache and don’t feel right. I am unable to rate this product properly. I ordered because of the rave reviews on IG and was excited to begin the journey. I’m not a stranger to sea moss, I am highly energetic with healthy habits but after one week of taking this product I was drowsy/sleepy and lathargic.
