The loungewear is great, but CS is even better!
I had some issues with the fit of the items (a gift from my spouse) but had already removed the tags and stupidly waited a month even to contact CS. Customer service was amazing, and they went above and beyond to fix any problems! Plus, the items are stain-resistant, don’t shrink in the dryer, and are so soft and cozy! I want to fill my loungewear drawer with Miss Cosy! I cannot recommend them enough.
