I was disappointed at first, as the ad says they ship from N. Carolina. It took a month to get my tops. But I have to say, they are beautiful along with great quality. I’ve gotten so many complements. Though not trueful about the fact they come from China, not NC, it was well worth the wait.
Yes, they are slow in fulfilling your orders, but I received all the products I ordered. I felt what I received was a good buy for the money spent. Products wash and dry nicely. I have gotten a lot of nice comments on products. Never have returned anything as products are well described. Different tops have different measurements, so you need to look at each description. Prices are so much better than most sites and there is no problem with quality.
I placed an order over a month ago for over $100 ! To date, I have received nothing but the run around. Even the so called tracking number is invalid! I have sent countless emails to no avail. I am pissed beyond words and I will keep sending emails to them! Today I am going to try the phone that I just found and see if I can get any satisfaction , but I rather doubt it. More than likely, I will have to write this off as a bad experience. BUT, every time I see one of their on Facebook, I will write a very bad review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Total scam – my order was a total disappointment. Their catalog shows sparkle and lovely looking fabric. Received complete low quality and NO sparkle – received knockoffs. Had to pay over $60 dollars to send return to China – not USA made! They never processed my return. Had to deal with my credit card company to take care of business! SCAM and JUNK!
Ordered 4/4/23 the buy two get one free and have not received anything from them. They say it has been shipped and they will contact me when it will arrive. I do believe I have been scammed. So I’m out $64.00.
