WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY —- They have 3-5 day shipping, which took 4 weeks to receive. They were unable to track the package, during this time, so I did not know when to expect it. Once the item was received I had some questions, I emailed them 3 times in 2 weeks and did not get a response. Customer service is horrible, if I was looking for a refund – I RAN OUT OF TIME.
I ordered the IONSTech Unique Fiber Restoration Shaper – which is a one size fits all, ( no size marker on it) very thin – but comfortable. It looks like all the marks on the material are printed on. I also ordered the Alizée MagneTech Lymphvity Cleansing Ring – which I had questions on. The ring catches on things and bends out of shape easily. The products are cheaper elsewhere, and I’m sure customer service is better.
Would not recommend at all. The size chart is so wrong and if you need to return it you have to buy for shipping(which is shipped back to China).
