  1. I made a purchase with SylviaHot…they sent another dress…they said that the one I bought was out of stock (although we continued to sell it on the website) as I was not consulted and I didn’t like what they sent, I requested a refund…they wanted to convince me to receive less than 1 /3 that I paid and they offered me a price to buy on the website…as I refused they sent me an address so that I could send the dress back with the promise of reimbursing me for the amounts spent on the dress and shipping…but since then Don’t answer my emails.
