The product is nicely presented and packaged. The Cubic is worth the money. Pay attention to the color-Gold/size ’16,’ which is automatically chosen too small… When the silver (WhiteGold) is the Advertisement. Purchase!! It’s Worth It but select the 18 and up.

I like how you guys responded when I was worried about my product. What I didn’t like was the chain in itself; the first day I wear it, my neck turned green, and the chain is still looking new, so I’m thinking about refunding my store credits.

If it wasn’t for past orders I would definitely give them a 1 star!! This is my 3rd order. I have an account with GUU. My account has all my billing and shipping info on it. But for some reason, they shipped my order to an address in China. Now won’t give me a refund. It was a birthday gift, and their birthday has passed, but GUU is saying that it is not in the refund policy, the fact that they screwed up and sent it to the wrong address, I can’t get my money back.
