this company operates poorly. I made a purchase and it ran small. They said I could get a replacement for the cost of shipping and they charged my card but never sent the product. Complete rip off.
Poor quality and.poor service. I asked to return, no way to return for a refund. All blouses are the same style, material is screen printed, cheap polyester, buttons do not compliment the fabric, not breathable. I requested a refund, denied. Don’t buy anything fome this company
Spent almost $100, and still haven’t received any merchandise. It has been several months. Very poor!
I’m not sure. I ordered about a month ago and haven’t received anything. The tracking number they gave me was for the USPS but shows a label was made and, when I check periodically, it doesn’t show a package picked up or en route. Oddly, they sent me an email saying one item couldn’t be provided so they’d refund me $31.99 and i DID see a refund on my card marked ARSETTI $(31.99). I emailed today asking for status or a full refund. I’ll update once I hear back or don’t hear back. I’m hoping dearly it’s a legit site and I get my package soon. Rose-colored glasses…
