this company operates poorly. I made a purchase and it ran small. They said I could get a replacement for the cost of shipping and they charged my card but never sent the product. Complete rip off.

I’m not sure. I ordered about a month ago and haven’t received anything. The tracking number they gave me was for the USPS but shows a label was made and, when I check periodically, it doesn’t show a package picked up or en route. Oddly, they sent me an email saying one item couldn’t be provided so they’d refund me $31.99 and i DID see a refund on my card marked ARSETTI $(31.99).
