I ordered the silver sequin Maxie dress ,I love the way it looks and fit,getting ready to order two more one for me and one for my sister
I placed an order with them January 22, 2023 with expedited shipping. As of today 2/02/23 I hadn’t received any emails about my order. I emailed customer service and they replied today 2/03/23 only to tell me that my order has been split. One item has supposedly been shipped and that the second item will be shipped as soon as possible. I will never order from this company again. I sent an email requesting that the charges for expedited shipment be credited back to my card in which I’m quite sure won’t happen. Like that saying goes we live and learn. This company will not prosper at all because they are trying to scheme customers.
I ordered a dress in November 2021 for my son’s wedding in April 2022. It never arrived and still has not. I have contracted them many, many times. So far a year later I have not received the dress or a refund. They kept telling it was out of stock and it was running later. Later as in never!
I will never order from this company again. I still don’t have my items. I’ve been sending emails after emails and no response. I even paid for express shipping. Why? They sent me a shipping label and for what!! The order still have t been shipped. I had to order from another online company and I received that package within two days.
I AGREE!!!!! Scammers!!!!! I will NEVER order from this company again. Long time getting order (had to track them down), cheap material and not at all true to size. Return policy is TERRIBLE! They know that to return it is so expensive so you end up with an item that you can’t use and they end up with your money..
Save your money!! This is the first time I shopped at this online store and it looked really good online however after 3 weeks my package finally arrived and I just knew I was going to love everything! Wrong!!! I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over 10 months…now they finally reply that too much time had gone by and can not help…after telling me they don’t sell the item and then my order number was wrong..I finally had to go back to my emails to find the order #. 82.98 is not a small ticket, not the largest either. I wanted the outfits for a wedding in March…of course I had to go buy something else to replace what I had not received any close to the time of my event… very unhappy!!!
Babie this site is not it. My first time order from them I order Oct 22 and paid for express shipping I’m just receiving this order Nov 17. I tired to get a refund which they refuse to do . The clothes is cheap quality. Over all ill never order from them again.
