Top 1 Star Review on Trustpilot:

“Ordered a two-piece camouflage jumpsuit, received it in separate pieces. Company offered $10, then $20 refund after back-and-forth. Disappointed with the cheap knock-off and frustrated by the request to return to China at my expense, contrary to their claimed location in Washington. No contact info for direct communication. They should fulfill the original order instead of engaging in deceptive practices. Scammers!”

With only 13 reviews, the Trustpilot score of 40 indicates a poor rating level of 1.9. All reviews are one-star, pointing to widespread dissatisfaction. The unclaimed Trustpilot listing adds an extra layer of uncertainty to the brand’s credibility.

Carole’s review emphasizes issues with a two-piece jumpsuit order, reflecting a significant gap between customer expectations and the brand’s performance. Overall, the feedback highlights the need for the brand to address customer concerns and improve its online reputation.
