I’ve purchased a few items from Blackfreya. Beautiful clothing however they are not true to size. I wished for a couple of the items, I sized up. Too ship back wasn’t worth the cost. Blackfreya is a legit website….HOWEVER!!!!!! Not only does the shipping take forever, but PLUS SIZE IS NOT IN THEIR BALL GAME. What they consider to be 3XL 4XL and 5XL will actually fit like a Medium large and XLarge. The sizes are true to what they are being advertised as. I say, don’t waste your time. My moto is…Give everyone a shot. When they miss, which in this case they did…THATS THE WRAP FOR ME.
This is the worst company to order from and the size are not true size. They will not send you a return address so you can return your item. They will respond when you text them and that’s all. If I had to rate them it would be -0. Please save your money on all the Facebook ad.

I ordered from blackfreya and had no idea they were im china but trusted it because the payment was through paypal .
needless to say i ordered A short set and two maxi dresses . it took 20 days to arrive and they were horrible quality!! thin and some weird polyester material and the sizing was way off
when i contacted for return that’s when i found out the company was im china and it would cost me what i paid for the items to return! i have placed a dispute with paypal so we will see how that goes. if i dont get a refund i am stuck witjh some crappy items i will never wear and would be embarrassed giving away! don’t buy from this company!!!
PLEASE RUNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!! This is cheap material and doesn’t fit as advertised. If you need to return they want you to ship it back to China, which is way more expensive than its worth. I ordered a two piece set and the pants fitted ok but the top was way to tight and I purchased a larger size.

I ordered from Blackfreya without thoroughly checking them out. I purchased a Pant Set and Dress both in 5x. Not my normal size but I can take it in easier than let out. The pants were big on me, top fit just right. I am 5’2 this pant set was obviously made for someone 6′ or taller. Sleeves and Pant legs were to long and top did not hang asymmetrical like on the picture. Dress just didn’t fit right on me at all. To tight and to short for my taste. Make and style of the clothes wasn’t bad for the price. It just did not work for me. Here’s my issue. I want to return the items. They will pay for the return if items were damaged, No damage You pay for return. Well that little $5.99 shipping would have cost me $65 to return to the return location in China. Needless to say, I did not return the items and just gave the outfits away. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I decided to check out this company reviews and I am very disappointed that this company are scam artist. I call my credit card company and let them know what I found out about this company and that all I have to do is put in a dispute and they will refund the money back to my card.
