I have waited forever for my order. I took a package insurance. According to the tracker my package was delivered. No! I live in a gated community and know most of my neighbors so even if it was delivered to the wrong address someone would have let me know. Now their shop is “temporarily “ closed. I have been scammed.

Came in 7 days . when I contacted them to ask about returning 1 item they responded immediately , asked what was wrong in the fit of the item and then returned the next day to say to keep the item and a refund was coming. My credit card was refunded immediately. the rest of the items are lovely. Not high quality clothes but good- and fits my size 20 body really well. I’m happy
The clothes are decently made for the inexpensive price, and they are truly plus sizes. Making returns is very difficult, however. You have to send an email and wait for a response. They say they’ll respond in 24 to 48 hours, but it took three emails to get a response. I was disappointed in my last order because of sizing inconsistency. I ordered two dresses in the same size as one I ordered in a similar style, but neither fit. So, I’m going back through the hassle of a return. It would be great if they had an option to make an exchange or submit return requests online. With such a cumbersome return process, it would be nice if sizing were more consistent.
I was going back and forth on whether to buy something from this site. The clothes look so cute online but they are very low quality. If you’ve ever seen the YouTube videos where people compare what they bought from wish vs what they actually receive, it’s very much like that. The material of the dress and jacket that I bought feels like the thin gowns you wear at the doctors office. The shipping also took weeks and there was no actual tracking information that tells you anything helpful. I would never buy from this company again. Please don’t waste your money.
I loved the dresses I bought and receive compliments from strangers every time I wear them. I live in Phoenix, so the light material is PERFECT for me. I have a hard time finding anything light enough to not be sweltering in the heat here. Maybe it is just not the right material for your area.
