I, too, got sold by the great looking website and the legit looking customer reviews. I ended up buying 4 of them. The first one I gave to one of my kids right away and it works fine. The second one I took out of the box 3 months later (of course I waited until the 60 day money-back guarantee had passed – that’s on me) and it’s not working. The left and the right earbud pair as separate devices.
I’m charging the other 2 right now and will give them a try. They are definitely NOT as good as they say they are. I’m sorry I spent so much money just to add to the world’s electronic waste.

Sister-in-Law said my brother wanted earbuds for his birthday. So I typed in “earbuds” into the Google-Chrome search engine and BOOM multiple Ads for “Burst Audio”. Slick page. Seemingly legit customer reviews. I know nothing about earbuds, so I bought them.
Next day, they spam me on “Stealth Angel” earbuds. EXACT same thing. It’s only then I start realizing something is up. Not only did I pay $23 dollar more, but it appears the Burst Audio earbuds are a knockoff of a cheap earbud made in China “TW 60” sold for less than $20 bucks.
Same thing happened to me. I bought hearing aid from VEVO HEARING in the amount of $126.63. I never received them and these crooks got away with my money. I’m a senior and a US veteran. My bank “US bank” couldn’t reverse this amount to my account. VEVO HEARING kept saying they would sent me the aids but there was always an excuse.
