This company is a scam. My daughter found another dress, and I followed the return policy. I called customer service, and it says the number is no longer in service. There were then numerous emails back and forth; in the last email, they told me their account was frozen and asked if I would like a coupon. They took my money and now won’t respond. This company is based out of China and it took over a month to receive a Mardi Gras sweatshirt that looked NOTHING like the picture. It is made of very cheap material, fits poorly and I wanted to return it. They offered an ONLINE COUPON ONLY as a means of return after 7 back-and-forth emails. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM COMSTYLISH AGAIN!
The worst online purchase experience ever! I ordered 3 items totaling $59.37 on March 3rd. The order was in the ‘processing stage’ stage for a month, At this point I emailed several times to cancel this order – asking them not to ship. I was ignored and they shipped anyway. The items I received were not what they pictured on their website. Very cheap quality (shocker) – conveniently these items are no longer on their website.
I am now trying to return these items via their customer support email. And I am getting no where, they first said they would give me a 10% coupon for their website if I kept the items. Now going back and forth they upped that to 20% coupon. (Like I would ever order anything from them again.)

TOTAL SCAM – I tried to return something and they said they couldnt help me because it was the Spring Festival (which apparently was more than a month). After their festival they said I could return but I would have to pay the shipping to China which would be more than what I ordered. The clothing was VERY cheap and shrunk like 3 sizes after one wash. It is an awful company.

I purchased a shirt for St. Patrick’s Day, which I am going out of town for a special occasion and purchased this shirt especially for the event. I ordered the shirt on 2/18/23 and my card was immediately processed. After a couple of weeks, I noticed my item was still saying “Your package will be shipped out ASAP”. I contacted customer service to see if my item was going to arrive on time. I received a response telling me to patiently wait. I sent another email and said I want to be reimbursed. I was told again to wait patiently and my order would be shipped soon. I emailed again and asked if they could gaurantee my order would arrive on time. I have received nothing back. I emailed again and still received nothing back. There has been no response and now I cannot find anything for St. Patrick’s Day. Even Amazon is sold out of pretty much everything. I am so mad!!! I had to go to Walmart and buy a men’s t-shirt becuase that is all I could find at this point. AGAIN, THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!
