This is the worst company to shop from. Do yourself a favor and NEVER, EVER purchase anything from them. Their website is misleading as the item description is misrepresented. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they were the worst quality. The shoes are cheap and tacky and feel like plastic. Absolute garbage and to top it off, they were both the wrong size. I ordered size 40, and I got size 41 and 42. I may have lost AU$122.17 but have learnt a valuable lesson, and that is to ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS check the reviews and read the pro and cons – reviews state the following for this company:
– Fake contact and address
– Poor trust score
– Fake buyers review on website
– Copied content and images
– Bad shipping delivery.
This company should not be legally allowed to do business in Australia. Spendless, Kmart and Big W discount stores have better quality shoes. It’s truly heart breaking that these companies are allowed to scam people of their hard-earned money. Lesson learnt.

This is the WORST company to shop for. They lie on their whole website. I ordered $50 boots that were not even close to what they advertised on their website. I contacted them to get my full refund that they also advertise on their website. They try to make you give it to someone else. It’s HORRIBLE customer service. Will NEVER buy from them again and will make sure to tell everyone not to.

No. Cosylands is not concerned with their customers. I ordered and realized I had picked the wrong size the same day and requested to cancel that day as well. Website says you need to wait 48 hours for a response. I receive an email and I explain to an employee what happened and that I need to cancel. I do t hear anything else and next day receive an email that it shipped.
They won’t send a return label and even suggested I just give the shoes away. No. I paid for them and made the request in time to cancel but was ignored and it was shipped out anyways.
I’ve been going back and forth with this company since august 14th and they will not send a return label or fully refund me.
Do not order from them.
