This is the WORST company to shop for. They lie on their whole website. I ordered $50 boots that were not even close to what they advertised on their website. I contacted them to get my full refund that they also advertise on their website. They try to make you give it to someone else. It’s HORRIBLE customer service. Will NEVER buy from them again and will make sure to tell everyone not to.

No. Cosylands is not concerned with their customers. I ordered and realized I had picked the wrong size the same day and requested to cancel that day as well. Website says you need to wait 48 hours for a response. I receive an email and I explain to an employee what happened and that I need to cancel. I do t hear anything else and next day receive an email that it shipped.
They won’t send a return label and even suggested I just give the shoes away. No. I paid for them and made the request in time to cancel but was ignored and it was shipped out anyways.
I’ve been going back and forth with this company since august 14th and they will not send a return label or fully refund me.
Do not order from them.
