I ordered over $100 worth of clothing from this company. I received the clothing this past week and none of them fit me. They were not true to size and the picture on the website was completely different than how the actual product looked in person. I emailed the email address for returns and their website claims to respond in 24 hours. I got zero response. I have since emailed them 4 times and still no response. My last email I told them they had until June 12, 2023, to contact me about how to return the clothing to get a refund, or I was reporting them to the Attorney General’s office. We will see if I get a response. If not, I do plan to file the complaint. I have tried to find a phone number for this company but have been unsuccessful in finding one. I personally will never order from them again.

I ordered 4 sweaters on November 1st 2022 the website listed delivery date as November 17th. On December 17th i contacted curve dream customer service and received a response that one of the sweaters was out of stock . I told them to ship the remaining three and give me a refund. They did this . On December 22th. I still didnt get a tracking number. i received an email with a tracking number after complaint on december 24 . We are now into January and the package is still in transit from singapore. If I had known this was where the items came from I never would have ordered from them . BEWARE THEY CONVERT PAYMENT TO US DOLLARS! I placed an order with a grand total of £128. I followed the link to Paypal where the total was £150!!! The payment had been converted to US dollars and Paypal had charged £22 conversion rate! Curvedream said I’d need to take it up with Paypal and i said it’s not their fault, it’s yours by wanting US Dollars. Said I’m reporting them to the UKs National Trading Standards.
Very difficult to return items. They offer to replace the item in a different size and will give me $30 if keep the items that don’t fit. (In other words they will give me a discount to keep them…) Very very strange. I again asked them to just return the items that do not fit or are so thin you can see through them. I’m waiting to hear back from them. I will not be ordering from them again.

Buyer beware! Based on reviews on this site, I ordered 5 tops. Two were t-shirts. I was lovely and fit in accordance with the size chart. The second t-shirt was larger than expected but acceptable. The other three (3) tops, which were not t-shirt fabric were way too small and the fabrics and colors very disappointing. I have. as of this date, requested return instructions three (3) separate times through their service@curvedream.com website and have not received any response. As I stated in my opening comment: BUYER BEWARE…. In all likelihood, I am not going to get either return instructions or a credit for those items I wish to return!

Comments were to order up a size, as the sizes are small. Tried the pants on and they slide right off!!
The tank top i ordered showed a lovely scalloped hem and the hem on the top i received is like “~~~” Hardly a scalloped hem at all. The colours in the top i received certainly do not reflect the picture of the top i ordered.

Any third party seller is welcome to tout their products on huge legitimate websites that are known for integrity, customer satisfaction, delivery of goods in a timely fashion, returns and refunds.
However, these third world companies are not monitored or subject to sanction for unfair business practices and illegitimate product descriptions.

Don’t buy from these creeps they scam my cousin they put they sent her clothes that don’t fit not her size, fabric sheer, nobody will answer her questions, nobody will give her a refund, nobody can tell how to send this garbage back to the company, totally upset do not buy from these people it is a scam from the get-go.
I just received an order from them. The tops are remade to look like the pictures and what you see in the pictures. The first top was a red sweater that had a Christmas Tree and had the word Xmas on it. The fabric was totally different and the print was not even the same. Nice try curvedream. Then the second top was a blouse with a curved hem that was white in the picture. It also had a manufacturer tag in the collar. What I got was yellowish white, thinner material like paper and the hem was not curved. Also no manufacturer tag in the collar. The customer service were very polite and provided me with the return policy plus return address but only after I agreed to return them exactly as received with original packaging and tags. These tops did not come with tags. They refunded me after they received and inspected the tops but not the full amount with no explanation. Total rip off. They also filter comments on their social media to only include positive ones. They tried to offer me a partial refund of $16.00 and I could keep the tops. What a joke.

Sizes run extremely small. Nothing fit.
This company is terrible. I ordered three pairs of shorts. The fabric was paper thin, like the shorts the hospital gives you to wear when you are having surgery. I could not wear them. I have contacted this company 4 times, but have not received a return address from them on where to send the shorts back to receive a refund on my credit card. After reading the other comments I doubt I will get a return address. Do not shop with this so called company. Learn from the others who have shopped with this dishonest company.

I have been trying to get 5gem to answer my email so I can send my items back, the material the blouses are like a linen/silk and see through not for a lady that will soon turn 80. I just got some of their blouses. They are awful. I am sending back. They are made so cheap. The positive reviews are probably from curvedream. This is the 2nd time I have been fooled by on-line clothing companies. It could be same company that changed the name just to sell their junk. No more on-line clothes shopping. I’ve ordered from a similar site–greatly discounted women’s linen clothing–and everything was TINY. I’ve worn size 6 most of my life and the pants were made to fit skinny 12-yr-olds. And I could not return without exorbitant charge. Would have cost more to return then the entire order to purchase.

Here is how they scam. If the purchase needs to be returned the so called contact information leads nowhere. They do not respond and do not provide a return address on delivered package. So in reality they do not accept returns or exchanges……I won’t be doing any further shopping with them. my advice is “BUYER BEWARE”

You have to register on web site:curvedream.com… assuming you received an email confirmation of payment, so they should have your order information for you to track the package…..I placed an order 4-2-22 and it is in transit to UPS…….I haven’t received it yet……. good luck to us both!

I will never order anything that requires I pay with Pay Pal and will only order from reputable companies
even Amazon and eBay offer easy returns, Curvedream doesn’t really want returns they just want the original money
and use Pay Pal because they know how to game their system.
I ordered crop pants that are all so long they cover your feet- I’m 5’4″ average height for a woman, the pants were not only terribly made (didn’t look anything like their web site photos) they were made for a woman that is 6′ 2″-
Also not sure what the supposed cotton fabric really is?

If reviews have any heading that asks “Are they legitimate or a fraud/scam?”, then take heed and get off their website.
There are many foreign scam markets infiltrating the legitimate websites of EBay and Amazon. Neither giant conglomerate appears willing to pull these scammers from their third-party sellers, nor can you advocate for yourself with companies as far away as China, Persia, far-flung islands, Pakistan, Thailand, and other predominately Far East locations.
Websites featuring apparel seem too good to be true, and are adept at selling to US bargain- seeking, risk-taking customers.
I immediately contacted PayPal after my $227.00 order was placed with CurveDream and charged to PayPal.
I explained that I felt CurveDream was a fraudulent company.
I requested immediate cancellation of this order.
PayPal graciously and immediately refunded the total of my purchase.

Virginia in i did see it says 10-20 business days for free shipping. I am trying to buy stuff but it won’t accept cc. Is PayPal the only way they really want to be paid?
One big item that makes me skeptical about this website/product is I’m unable to locate, anywhere, what the fabric is made of. That’s a BIG decision factor for me…..no matter what the cost is.

the fabric is almost sheer….and I ordered a XL and I am not an XL person, but it fits…I ordered the white vneck floral print shirt…it has blue flowers on it, but there are no tags, it’s nicely made…BUT completely see through. However I got the most compliments on it.
I to was wondering about fabric content. I did see on a few tops it said cotton, not 100% cotton, just cotton. I’m still debating on whether to order from curvedream.
