I’ve se t for 4 tops last week and haven’t received then yet total £47 96 ,also sent for two tops total £41 79 and not received these I think it’s the first time I’ve done this and will be the last after reading the reviews
I have tried to email there address service@susan-julie.com to get an exchange but the email on the site do not open so I don’t have any route to send this item back or exchange it AVOID THIS COMPANY

I have been well and truely scammed by them.
77.97 pounds out of pocket. Sent the goods back to an address in Bedfordshire special delivery. Even have picture from Royal Mail
showing it being delivered and now they are saying I should have sent it to China and China haven’t received it.
No!! Because I sent it to an English address.

Fed up with only being able to purchase dark dowdy colours because that’s all that’s available for woman of my size from the mainstream manufacturers, I decided to try Susan Julie and have since purchased a number of teeshirt and blouses, I am aware the delivery time is longer than normal. I don’t have a problem with this. I have never had any issues with the size or fabric choices, and have not once found any flaws. Uk manufactures are missing a trick not to mention revenue by not catering for larger ladies who prefer not to blend into obscurity.
Just bought 3 tops and I’m really pleased with them, I’m a size 10/12 so I ordered a medium and they fit fine, material is really soft and they are a good length, this is 2nd time I have ordered from them and no complaints so far.

I have been waiting for a delivery from early November. Been contacting Susan Julie and they keep saying mis delivery but definitely not as we have cameras and been no delivery. Then they say go to Evri depot and pick it up yourself, no idea how to contact Evri to do this. Now 3 emails and they have started to ignore me. Looks like I’ve lost my money.

Your info is wrong unless there are 2 Susan Julie companies out there. It’s not UK based, it’s in China. Good need to be returned to China notbthe UK. It was not founded by a group of women…blah..blah…its a Chinese factory that trades in the same mass produced pirated catalogue clothes that other cheap Chinese factories sell, like Floraday. That’s why the heads of the models are cut off. The images are pinched out of brand catalogues then reproduced as cheap as possible and sold under some fake western name.
