Horrible product! Does absolutely nothing to help with under eye bags. I tried to get a refund but you can’t return it unless it is unused and in the original packaging. If the product does not do what it says it will then there should be no problem refunding $69+. How is a customer supposed to know if the product will work without trying it out first! I may dispute with my credit card company like another reviewer suggested.
I never received my product. I emailed them several times but no response. They sent me an invalid tracking number. I can’t find them on social media. This is a fake company. Do NOT order from them.

I ordered on December 27, my card was charged on December 28 and it finally arrived on January 18th. The container says one thing, the box says different. I contacted them on January 22nd to start a return only to be told due to buying the “package deal” it is considered a “discounted product” that doesn’t qualify for a return! They offered a 20%discount on a future order: like I want to place another order that has a discount that can’t be refunded if you’re not satisfied.? And, returns past 30 days are also not refundable. A reputable company would be eager to satisfy their customers before a customer must deal with the credit card company to dispute the charge. I too feel like I got suckered out of $70.00 for a questionable product with no customer service that wants to make it right.
This is not a retinol it is just an overpriced moisturiser! Do not waste your money has no tightening effect whatsoever
I was jipped out of $69.xx for the eye cream and $29.xx for the wrinkle serum. I ordered my product December 25, 2022 got a text msg that very day after ordering.
Their website says it will be 2-3 business days after getting orders to make the product and then 2-6 days for them to ship the product. Here it is January 11, 2023 and still no product. When I call their text number, it only rings busy. On my bank statement it doesn’t show up as Harvey Ross because they sold my name to PinkiMed & KYMLLC both companies are in France. Harvey Ross is a fake Shopify store account.

I ordered Dec 28 and waiting also. I emailed them and they say low stock but I will not wait more than 30 days before I request a refund and dispute the charge on my credit card, which they promptly charged upon my order. Such BS.
I am updating my review. I finally received the products on January 23. Interesting to note that the first ingredients (supposed to be the order of amount in the product) is in this order: Organic Aloe Vera, Organic Sunflower Oil, Palm Oil, Pentylene Gylcol, Phospholipids, RETINOL, and then a bunch of other ingredients that are beneficial. I put the cream on expecting those incredible video results I saw on TikTok. Nope, but I did notice a tightening of the skin and posssibly some improvement to fine lines. I will continue to use it to see if the results are cummulative. I got the $69 package with 2 jars of creme, Eternity Vitamin C Serum, a mesh bag eith reusable pads. If this stuff turns out to be nothing more than a good moisturizer I am ok with that as I spend about the same amount for what I am currently using.
I ordered it on the 22nd of December and I just received it today.. it took an entire month! I sent them 4 different emails within that time eventually requesting a refund and they responded saying the package shows in transit and they do not give refunds. Very frustrating.. not sure if I should even try using it 🫤

It took almost a month to get it, tried to return it cuz it didn’t do what the videos claimed it would do, just got another response from them not addressing any of my concerns and denied me a refund, (which you must do in 30 days), package deals are discounted product and they don’t refund “discount products”. Good luck to you-you may end up disputing the charges with your credit card company, like I have.
