I bought this last summer and it arrived in early September 2019, I used about 4-5 time and started to develop “canker sores in my mouth” I threw it out, If I had know it was made in china I would have taken it for testing…. I have been through thousands of dollars in labs dr visit’s biopsies of my mouth , anti virals, steroids and not one dr can figure out why I keep getting reccuring Canadia in my mouth……….All labs including Autoimmune testing, I am still convinced this crap was contaminated with something!

It took over a month to arrive, tried to contact the company on numerous occasions and they just gave me a link to tracking which is all well and good if it wasn’t in Chinese… when the product eventually has arrived I don’t even want to try it, looks like it has been made in primary school, awful packaging, awful labelling and just generally feel like my teeth will fall out if I use it. Very disappointed in the money I’ve spent and the exceptionally poor quality conditioning and customer journey…
I wanted to try it, ordered it over a month ago, and still have not received it. When I reached out to to let them know that I hadn’t received it and it had been well beyond the 6 to 10 days for shipping they suggested, they didn’t answer my question about the inability to track the package and the only information they gave me was sometimes it takes 20 days. Well now it’s been over a month and I still have not received my package, nor can I get anyone to tell me what’s going on. I signed up for alerts via text as to the progress of the shipping, but still nothing from these people. That’s. 20 bucks I threw out the window. Don’t throw your money away! The product is probably crap if the service is this bad.
