Instastyled is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Cancelled my order and they told me that they refunded all my money. Haven’t seen refund yet. I’ve contacted my bank to start FRAUD claim and I’ve also contacted the BBB. One way or another, they will refund all my money because I will not leave them alone until they do!!!!!
I will never shop at Instastyled again. Took way too long. Arrived a wrinkly mess. Didn’t fit and I had to pay to return it to Canada. Buyer beware!
What a terrible company. Slow delivery. Terrible quality, and now the free returns are not free. They want me to pay for shipping. Also they don’t answer phone or emails! Do not recommend! Why do you say its a great resource? It is really bad.
INS once more. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY JUMPSUIT? STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER. I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS GO. MY JUMPSUIT MUST BE SENT.
Hope you don’t have to return it. They don’t help at all. Cost me $40. to return a dress I didn’t like. I’ll never shop there again. Terrible customer service
I ordered a dress, and the photographs do not match the genuine thing. I’ve sought a refund THREE times and submitted images in response to each request, but I’ve yet to receive a response on my refund. I was told that if my refund is approved, I will be charged a restocking fee. I am dissatisfied with the goods and the customer service experience. FYI, my order was placed on February 21, 2022, and I have yet to receive a response.
They won’t give a refund. They give store credit!!🤬🤬 This whole company is a piece of sh*t!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
I agree. I bought a dress that took way too long to arrive and when it did, it was not what I wanted. It was very hard to send it back AND I had to pay the full price to return the item. Cost me almost $40. because it goes to Canada.

After paying $30.00 for expedited shipping, I was told that due to back orders, it would take 20 days. I contacted them and informed them that this should have been told prior to paying for expedited shipping. Oh well, that is what it is, I was informed. DO NOT PAY FOR EARLY DELIVERY, AS IT HAS BEEN 31 DAYS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Keep your distance!
Horrible experience, and the garment was not as advertised. EXPENSIVE GARBAGE, to be sure. A complete rip-off. What a blunder!
The order took nearly a month to arrive, and when it did, the hoodie had a major manufacturing defect, as seen in the photo. Solvent appears to have dripped and run down the graphic’s front! Now I’m battling for a refund because returning the item would cost me a charge plus delivery!
Stay careful from this shop; their customer service is terrible, and the garment I received was a low-quality rubbish bag.
It took about two months to obtain. The cloth is low-cost and appears to be low-cost. I purchased a size larger than usual, but it was still too tiny. It’s not just small; it’s miniscule. That was awful, and I’ll never do it again. Please do not spend your time or money by visiting this website.
