Sue them!! If my dress don’t come in by Monday Feb 13 2023 I already talk to my lawyer and I’m just waiting its been 3 weeks!!this is fraud and these people playing with the right one!! They made me miss a very important event!! Don’t just let them take your money or false represent sales!! Take action!!

Don’t buy from this company, it’s the worst! I ordered a dress four weeks ago, received a false tracking number, sought a refund, and received an email from someone named Sugar suggesting I’d just have to wait and deal with it after the event for which I required the dress had passed. I paid for expedited shipment, which they also refused to refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Worst experience ever. I received my product more later than expected, and the event for which I had ordered it had already passed. I also stated that it did not fit as pictured, and they requested that I send them my measurements and photos. After repeated attempts to ask them where I should return the dress and that all I wanted was a full refund, they have done nothing but try to go back and forth with me, claiming.
I ordered a dress and it arrived weeks later, looking nothing like the photo and ripped! I sent images and received a response claiming the dress “looks beautiful on me” and that I should take it to a tailor to be corrected. Why should I pay more for something that was not my fault? When I asked for a full refund, they only provided a $5 refund and a $10 credit to their store, despite the fact that I had paid nearly $100 for the dress. Scam. I’m never going to buy from them again. Terrible.
Promsstyle.com is a website where you should not order anything. The website is a ruse. I emailed them multiple times to return a few gowns, and each time a different female would respond.
Each female who responds requests that I give images of why the dresses do not fit me and that I am unable to return the gowns until I can demonstrate that they do not suit me. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It has been a month of back-and-forth with them.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! THE RETURN POLICY IS FRAUDULENT! I wish I had read this before placing my order. The return policy is a complete fabrication! I have never shopped with them before. Never, ever again! I made a number of purchases. I tried them on, and some of them look extremely cheap or aren’t what they appear to be on the webpage.
STAY AWAY
They took two months to send my stuff.
The garments they sell are cheap, knock-off, incredibly awful replicas made in China, and the photographs on their website are taken from other brands’ websites.
