If you want the option to return an item….DO NOT order from Justgracegirl!! They don’t make it easy to return and try to get you to keep the product. They have drawn out our emails over the 15 day return policy now. Still waiting for what “it’s expensive to mail to China”, no address provided, no return tag, no good or easy options. I have $200 worth of stuff to return and they want to give me $30 to keep the products..

I ordered 3 things. A shirt, Pans & Jumpsuit.
The shirt arrived with a tear, the pants I ordered in brown arrived in orange and the Jumpsuit were too small.
After I contact the company, got response fro Jean as she offered to send me another shirt. Not a word about the pants and/or the Jumpsuit. In my response, I wished to return the goods all together. Jean wrote back “Of course ,you can return it back,but if you return this item, you need to pay the shipping fee and the shipping cost back to China may be over $40, we do not think this is a wise choice .In order to reduce the loss, we are willing to take out 30% of the order amount as a compensation.Do you think it’s okay?Looking forward to your reply.”
This is a scam like no other. By the way: they advertise “Easy return”…
Customer service is not good. I received the wrong item and they won’t offer replacement. Just wanted me to keep wrong dress and offered 10% off if I kept the wrong item. They said it would be very expensive for me to return items to China. So it’s risky to buy from them since you can’t easily return.
