I ordered several dresses with this company. When I received the dresses, one dress had loose treading that was coming apart at the side; the fabric was itchy and uncomfortable. The other dress did not fit correctly and looked way too big even in a small size. I emailed the company and they refused to offer a refund.
Do not order from this company: the size of the dresses are not accurate, the quality is poor, and there is no way to get a refund on items that either do not fit or are defective.
I ordered $155.00 worth of dresses. None of them fit. Can’t get in touch with them to return for refund. When there is no phone number to contact someone, that is bad. I’ve sent several emails and they do not reply. I’m contacting legal services on this. Do Not Order from this company.
Exorbitant shipping costs; my shipment was “seized due to counterfeit postage”. No response to my email. I always use PayPal for stores like this and will be contesting the charge.

I recently ordered a dress, for a wedding, and am totally dissatisfied. I typically wear a size 6 and per their sizing chart I would wear a Small. However, I decided to size up to the Medium to accomodate any material differences. When I received the dress, 3 weeks later, I could not even begin to close the gap to zip it up. When I contacted them for a refund and return, they told me they would refund my account $5 and to “keep the dress.” I argued that, per their chart, I should have had ample room with a Medium and requested a full refund. They then told me they would refund me $15 and to “keep the dress.” Total scam! Buyer beware!
I’m having a very similar experience. I contacted them that I was not happy with the dress and they asked me to send pictures of myself in the dress. I thought that was weird, but I went ahead and did it. Then I get an email saying they will offer me $8 for the dress and that I could keep the dress (It was a $60 dress). I said I wasn’t happy with that arrangement, so then they sent me an email saying they would give me $12 for the dress and I could keep it. I told them I wanted at least half the cost of the dress. I haven’t heard back from them yet.
I received my order and the dress is completely unwearable… the “cloth” is plastic composite. Total scam.

I ordered items two months ago. They charged my card. States no reruns after 30 days of purchase… so I can’t get a refund because of their shipping issues.. yes this is a scam
I ordered on March 11th and I have yet to receive my dresses. I received a notification they were shipped on April 15th with a USPS tracking number but when I try to track it, the USPS says “not received”. I do know someone who ordered a dress and did receive it. It was pretty and the quality was nice. I am completely at a loss – I have emailed them several times. I will not order from them again and would discourage others.
