I received an order almost a month later after ordering. One item was too big, the other too small. I requested to return the items for a refund and twice they offered me to keep the clothes and refund me 10% of my total purchase which would be $9.00. I am still waiting on a return address. Do not buy. Clothes are ill fitting and returns are a hassle. All the reviews have 4 or 5 stars. I did a review and gave 1 star and it has not been posted.

I placed an order for a jumpsuit on June 25, 2022, and I still have NOT received my package. I’ve gotten tracking info stating that the package was deliver to or at a mailbox in West Covina, CA 91791. I live in Dallas, TX. They are blaming that USPS tracking info is incorrect due to system update, but I still do not have the package. I have been going back and forth through email with Renee and Sasa their so-called customer support in which they are both very unprofessional. I have requested a refund and that also has not been granted. At this point I have no choice but to believe that this company is another scam website for women clothing there’s nothing legit about it. All I want right now is my money back that’s it that’s all. Did you pay through PayPal if so PayPal dont play they will definitely look into it and help you get your money back I ordered 10 days ago 2 coats and am still waiting to get either or both I haven’t gotten an email with no delivery information yet only one stating my order was received and that I will get an email when it ships
