Lasted about 20 minutes and had a hole in it. Reputed warranty was assured it would be replaced – waited 4 weeks nothing. Went to follow up by email and received a blocked message. Waste of money.
This company’s website has now shut down, do not purchase a bear, they are a scam and will not honour the “warranty” if your dog chews up the bear, which it will because it’s not a durable toy. Do not buy.

I ordered and was delivered a bear my dog tore the tail off and put a hole in the arm within 20 mins of having it took pics and sent to Pawzvista and got an email that said so many are sending pics and wanting new product or refund that they have stopped operating and not fixing problem No refund or another bear. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
The toy was destroyed within the hour after giving it to my pup, she is a senior dogs with not K-9 teeth.
This is a scam. My dog destroyed the bear in no time and I sent a photo and message requesting the replacement AND refund promised. By the second email, I was blocked. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. Garbage product, garbage company.

This bear was destroyed in 4 minutes. I bought it from their Shopify website, which is now GONE! I e-mailed with Pawvista 3x before they closed their website and was told the warranty would come into play if I had the original packaging AND a video of my dog’s first time playing with it? WHO DOES THAT EVERY TIME? I have pics of it 4 minutes after I gave it to her. The back seam is ripped open, yet they advertised it as “100% indestructible and unbreakable”. Crap toy and crap company out of guess where, China! Can I give this ZERO stars!?!?!
Ordered 2 chew toys/bears, it took at least a month to receive. Within 2 hours of giving them to our dog, both had holes with stuffing coming out. I emailed the company, didn’t hear back, then tried to send the required documentation/pictures of the before and after to request a refund. The email the company requested be used for replacements/refunds is now blocked. Think we are all out of luck.
I purchased 4 Extremebears with high hopes. It took 4 weeks to get them. I was impressed they lasted longer than 5 minutes. 2 of them had lost ears after a week. Other 2 are dieing a slow death. I am supervising my digs when using them bc im afraid they will get the squeaker out and swallow it. I contacted company multiple times and have not yet heard back from them.
The dog ripped both ears off within 2 hours. Replacement, they will no longer honour this and are closing their store. No refund either. Their email doesn’t even exist as of today…unless it just changed, but why close the old one?
PawzVista is a scam! You can get better dog toys from chewy.com! They made it seem like the dog toys were indestructible but my dogs destroyed them with 24hrs. Additional, i did not receive the product within the 10 business days so I contacted the company via phone-not a real company line. Just a VM service and no return call was ever received. I then proceeded to use their website email and never received a response after 3 separate attempts to reach them! Only after I made a dispute with my credit card company did I receive the cheaply made horrible products. $62 is not worth it! Don’t waste your time! Go to Costco or even Walmart and you’ll find better quality products!
First, the bear is much smaller than I expected. For $26, I expected this to be at least 12″ tall, maybe more. The bear is exactly 8″ tall. I would expect to pay about $10-12 for a dog toy that size.
Second, my dog ripped into this bear and removed the stuffing in a day.

To activate your warranty, we kindly ask you to follow the process we have in place. This involves taking a picture before your dog’s first play session with the bear and then a second picture of your dog with the damaged ExtremeBear. These pictures help us understand the extent of the damage and how we can improve our product.
Unfortunately, without these photos, we are unable to qualify your claim under our warranty policy. ”
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You want me to take a photo of the bear before it was destroyed? What would make me think to take a photo of the bear before my dog plays with it? I’ve never taken a photo of a toy before giving it to my dog. Essentially, this company knows their product is junk and wrote their refund policy in such a way that no one would qualify. This is shady to say the least.
I bought the bear. My dog destroyed it in less than an hour. They have not refunded my money or sent a replacement. They do not respond to my emails. Do not use this company. It is a total waste of money. Their warranty is meaningless.
My 14kg staffy had the head in pieces in 2 minutes, and by the 8 minute mark had all the fluff from the head out, one arm had been opened and the squeaker removed from the teddy’s behind.
Their claim of triple stitched is rubbish. When my dog pulled it apart you can see that it’s single thread at best and it’s a standard thread holding the pieces together. It isn’t a denim material at all, and the material when held up to the light is see-through so no way does this “extreme teddy” actually hold up to any dog other than a light chewer….
Have tried posting less harsh reviews on the website they have not gone through. Have tried contacting Anna who is who you are directed to for any warranty claims. Emailed the 2nd email which also goes to Anna haven’t had a response. Have now just texted the number on their page it says to call or sms, and will be calling later today because I doubt anyone would be on this time of day for overseas.
Anna requested images of before with my dog and then after with my dog. They were blurry otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered sending them but that’s part of the warranty process for them. I was nervous they might use her imaged to then post to the page saying how much “their” dog loved the extreme teddy like all the other reviews I looked at… which are possibly scam reviews too.
Ordered on July 22 it took until Aug. 17 to get my order. They wanted a review on the product before I even got them. Tried to contact them but they never responded to my email. The toy only lasted 2 days. Not going to bother with trying to get the warranty on it. They also took down my negative review on their website.
I would avoid this purchase. Ours lasted a grand total of 30 minutes. The squeaker inside lasted 5 minutes. I don’t care if I get a million replacements, it’s not worth it. Go for Bullymake or another company that offers truly durable toys.
I bought the heavy chewer toys. I am still waiting. I contacted customer service and was told to be patient. I was. Emailed them again when my package had not progressed at all. I asked for a refund. Denied. Told to wait till package came and the. I could return it. Only problem I have not gotten the package. Emailed again I want a refund. Now I am ghosted. DO NOT BUY!!
