“Jewellery arrived today… sadly the earrings look just cheap and garish and huge (studs) Could never pass for real …. i bought these for my mum for christmas ( black friday sale ) and i know she would never wear them and nor would I! The tennis bracelet is passable. I have contacted Rosce today for refund info- these are not inexpensive items. I expect a refund as item is not as described and there are Consumer Laws that can’t be ignored when it comes to purchase regardless of sale or no sale. Hugely disappointed – earrings are just awful and cheap looking. Really annoyed too as the website made them sound great and passable as ‘real’ and they are not. (Australia)”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. The products are low quality. The website promises “no hassle” returns which is not what happens. I was told that because my item was on sale it was not eligible for a refund. When I insisted on a refund I was informed I had to ship the item TO CHINA. At my own expense via a trackable method. I was given instructions to underreport the value as less than $10 for reasons related to customs taxes. I had to take photos of the package and mailing label AND EMAIL THE PHOTOS. At UPS, the cost of the return was $130, and even USPS was over $35 and would take two to three weeks to arrive at the destination in China: Shenzhen, Guangdong. I would not receive the refund until my package was received and inspected.”
