I need my money back. This is scam
This company advertised on Facebook as an American Owned Company going out of business and offered fair prices on clearance good, which were made of genuine leather. The good were drop-shipped from China, and the synthetic leather goods that arrived were poorly constructed, and smelled very bad. I have included the #Samaye link on Facebook which contains the ad. The priced were NOT too good to be true, but reasonable for a clearance sale, and very high for PU leather compared to other Chinese outlets like Temu and AliExpress. This fradulent advertising, the poor goods contributed to my first negative buying experience on Facebook. I placed an order and for a week did not get an order confirmation so I had to ask for the order number. After receiving the order number, I was told the items were out of stock, so I asked for a refund. They told me to find replacements, but I told them I just wanted a refund. I heard nothing back. A few days later, my order arrived which I assumed were the items I picked out because the customer reps never followed up. But when I opened the package all squished and tightly wrapped in a large bag, I saw that items that were not the ones I ordered. So, I emailed to inform them of this and that I never asked for replacements. On the 4th attempt to ask for a refund, they instead insisted I keep the items and they would refund $20. After opening up a case on PayPal they agreed to a full refund but the items would need to be shipped to China (which was not the return address on the package), This of course costed just as much as the refund.
Total scam. Don’t not buy from this place ever.
I was totally scammed too. Getting no response I went through my credit card fraud company. Months later the fraud department issued a reply that it was legit. The purses were so bad that I junked them. Lesson is… If it sounds too good to be true it is!
It’s a scam!!! No customer service number and no legit email. You can’t track your purchase. When you click on tracking it takes you to a fake tracking site. Buyer beware I started a dispute and trying to get money back.
