Received same silly ring along with tracking that said ” order successfully delivered to address”. It’s been 2 months. No order or parts thereof received, doubt I will. Despite my emails, Elsa, Amy and Lele(twice), assured that my”quest” was being processed. Funny, it didn’t take them this long to “process” my money. Total scam site. I’m going thru my credit company to see if there’s any recorse.
I ordered about $50 dllrs. worth of merchandise from this company.
After a few days, received notification that order was shipped from China.
A few more days as I continued following their tracking information found that shipment moved from LA to Houston to Dallas and to El Paso, Tx over the weekend and then it showed as delivered, even though I never got the merchandise. First, moving freight from LA to El Paso is more expensive than what I paid for the merchandise. ($50) dllrs.
Second, as I contacted the company via email, they answered that they would look into it and this was 2 weeks ago. This is a SCAM and people should not be ordering from this site.
Its a scam. I ordered from them after seeing the ad on youtube. I placed an order for about $40. After few days they sent a tracking number that shows that something is being shipped from Honk-kong. After about a month we receive just some trinket. They do that to keep us believing that goods are on their way. I reached out to customer service more than once and they always respond as follows:
