Do not shop here!! Theartsite took my money $98.99 and never sent me the tent. Every email address associated with the site returned undeliverable to me as the account was disabled. However when PayPal tried to contact him them they received an answer and a shipping tracking number showing it was delivered to my address. I then went to my local post office and when they pulled the tracking number up versus the GPS system when it was scanned at my house supposedly and theTracking number provided was not even addressed to me or my address at all. I immediately called PayPal with the information and they verified this through the USPS and immediately gave me my money back after they originally they denied it.
Thank you so much for this this information I bought a air conditioner from them for $98.99 I have yet to receive it. I told PayPal they said they were doing an investigation then pay pal told me they have a ID number stated it was delivered & denied my claim the email address is fake tkxylyzyctoerrg@gmail.com the phone number is fake (203)947-9203
The company withdraw money from my account and never sent me the product I tried to order. It is fraud.

Scam. It’s easy enough to order from there. But that is all. The reviewer says there is a contact us page, but, he must not have tried to do so. The
Service@theartssite.com returns a server error after a couple of days of failed delivery attempts.
The Phone# is not in service.
The address is a home in the middle of nowhere.
When making a purchase you are directed to a paypal page to complete a transaction that does not show up on paypal. Paypal shows no transaction ever occured. You never get what you ordered. You cant sign back in, and the Forgot Password link does nothing. The paypal receipt shows payment was made to a company in china.
It cost me $96.00 for the information that I am giving to you all. Free of charge.
DO NOT SHOP AT THE ARTS SITE
Mine did not show up as the art site on PayPal it showed up as Tony Austin check your PayPal account and see if that name is there. If it is like mine was, please a claim through PayPal on that transaction and when they give you a tracking number finally go to your post office and verify that tracking number was indeed sent to your address. In my circumstance the PayPal receipt showed it was sent to me with that tracking number however when I showed it to the post office they immediately told me that’s not Address it was associated with & to reopen my claim with PayPal. I hope this helps you get your money back because I was about to lose 98.99
