I also have been dealing with this company after ordering the garden box and receiving toothbrushes. Shameful how they try and con people as if we’re stupid. Hope they are shut down soon!
SCAM! I ordered the raised garden bed kit. No confirmation of purchase but Visa was charged. Waited a week, then emailed and got tracking info, but link showed no item. After 3 weeks, saw tracking info that package would be delivered the next day. I received a package of toothbrushes. Am contacting the seller for a refund but they are claiming that my order was delivered. SCAM.

Sadly I, too, have received a package of toothbrushes instead of my raised garden bed. I have left message on their website through the info@ address. Awaiting a reply. Have reported the incident to my credit card company. God bless
I ordered two of the raised beds and yesterday after 3 weeks received two 10-packs of Chinese toothbrushes. What to do now?
I ordered the deer-proof raised beds. I received a tracking number and was tracking the package in China for a couple of weeks when suddenly the message from the tracker said that all international shipments from China had been canceled. I complained using the contact email on Troglye and didn’t hear back right away. I then contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute of the charge. I sent them a copy of the unanswered email. The next day, Troglye contacted me via email. Their email said that my order would definitely arrive but that they understood I was unhappy and they would give me a full refund (in 7-10 business days) through the credit card company. A few days later, I received the cheap compact mirror that other people have reported receiving. Three days after that (exactly a week after they promised the refund), my credit card company reported a credit for the full amount of the charge. I feel lucky that this ended in this way. So, for all my trouble, I received a “free gift” worth a few cents. If I had not gone through all the steps for a refund, I would have been out a lot of money. The company is banking on people not pushing all the right buttons to get a refund. For those of you who have received no response, this is the email address I used: info@troglye.com

Wish I had seen all of these email before I tried to make a purchase of the raised garden bed. I have also received a package of tooth brushes from China. I have emailed to the associated address. I will give it a few days and then I will try to get my money back.

I ordered a “Nature Cedar Garden Bed” and received a reply showing My Order # and a tracking #. After a month of waiting the tracking system stated that I did receive my order in my morning mailbox. My order should have been of the large size in square footage brought by truck, but instead I found a small package containing a very cheap inexpensive compact mirror. Was I ripped Off, probably. I was able to Reply to Troglye through their initial correspondence and will have to wait and see. BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING.
