“The socks only come up about 2/3 my leg and they’re uncomfortable, and the top of my calf is not covered. If you have long legs as I do, reconsider buying. To top it off, the company does not give refunds or even offer a credit. There is no recourse for customers who are now stuck with unwearable socks that are not inexpensive. A company that does not stand behind its product or attempt to offer real assistance to customers is problematic and is doing nothing to build trust with their customer base.”

“Ordered accordingly to size chart to fit size 10 men’s foot, XL will not fit. Stuck with 9 pair. Very expensive $198. Mistake. Due to “nature of product” will not exchange. Ridiculous! “Agree with the other review. Their website has a tab at the top for ‘Refunds and Returns,’ and even when you click on that, it doesn’t just come up and say ‘WE DO NOT DO ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.’ You still have to dig deeper into the website before you find that info. I think if a company does not do ANY refunds or exchanges, it should be open about that from the start. Before you order, it should have you click a button that says ‘I understand there are no refunds or exchanges.’ Good luck using the sizing chart and hopefully getting the right size because if you don’t, you cannot return them, and they will not exchange them. I wasted over $100 on this company.”
