I ordered the 4 person hot tub as well. I received a cheap ass red Christmas sock tree ornament. I’ve been arguing back and forth with these idiots took a picture of what I ordered, along with my receipt, and what they had sent. Finally today I just filled fraudulent charges on them with my credit card company, attached 17 emails as everyone email I sent stated 4 person hot tub, they kept sending me the tracking number, then tried to blame it on logistics. Waricy is a Scam! I lost $150.00 with them. They do not send what you ordered. They send a little cheap something so that they can claim delivery. In my case it was a cheap pair of sunglasses from China, they claim to be in London. They are advertising on Facebook and have changed their name 2 more times on there. They have probably scammed people out of millions by now. When I tried to have the charges reversed my card company told me that I had to contact the person and try to get it straightened out first. When I contacted the company by e-mail they told me to send a picture of what I received and they would look into it. They are only buying time. No offer of returning it or giving your money back. Apparently this person has been at this for awhile and has figured out just how to scam people. Hope this helps others to not get scammed.
I had received a tracking email from them, but had to seemingly nudge them every few days for an update. Today I received an update stating it arrived in my city distribution center (UPS) at appx. midnight. I will continue to follow through to see when I receive my items, I will update my review then.
