Agree with everyone about the crap these are! And I bought 2. I’m so angry as there is no way to get a refund. They won’t pair again, after initially pairing. So many retrys to pair, it’s ridiculous. Never again will I buy the Today Steals and Deals. Steal is right. Shame on NBC for not backing these products. What a rip off.
I’ve gotten three of the so far (first pair didn’t work and now the next two replacement ones) and none of them work the way they are supposed to. What a waste of money!

I bought a earbuds from trendy @ Wendy they have NEVER WORKED!! I sent back for replacement it has been two months and have not gotten the returned sad customer service no way to reach out to them PRODUCT IS POOR QUALITY DO NOT BUY
This product is defective. I bought as a Christmas present. One does not work at all, the other is extremely quiet if it does work. Very disappointed !
Wow!!! Wish I had read all these reviews before I made my purchase from TODAY’s Steals and Deals. I add my review to those mentioned earlier. These earbuds are garbage. They do not have a good sound quality, it is difficult at best to get the “finger tap” just right – either cuts the connection with the phone, or turns the buds off and they can’t be turned back on until placed back in the case and removed again; wrote extremetimedeals@gmail.com and their response was, “per the terms and conditions of the sale noted on the sale page and on the checkout page, all sales are final. This policy does not apply to orders that arrive damaged or are experiencing a manufacturers defect.

These earbuds are junk. Like others here, bought them on a today show promo. They skip when they actually stay on. Mostly they just randomly shut off. The sound quality is terrible and a good chunk of time, they won’t even connect to my phone. Don’t believe this hype about them. This is just about the only place I could find anywhere to review them.
These ear buds are useless after very little use the right ear bud does not work and the company customer service is terrible
Very poor product. I bought them through a promo on the TODAY show. Do not fall for it. They don’t stay in my ears and keep turning off in the middle of conversations. In the garbage is where they belong!
