I ordered two pairs of shoes three weeks ago and have received nothing. I ordered them from Surell and paid for express delivery. Unfortunately I didn’t investigate the company before making a purchase. Without question this company is a scam operation. It’s sad and criminal that companies like Surell/Zekear can continue operating and have no accountability. From what I have read regarding refund policy or customer service … there is none. I only have negative and crushed feelings that I’ve fallen for a 100% SCAM.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is based in China. I bought a pair of boots from Zekear. They had such a bad chemical smell, that I never even tried them on. The lining was very cheap fur. I contacted them and they offered me a $20 refund and I could keep the shoes. Sending them back was cost prohibitive.
I bought a pair of sandals by Zekear through an unscrupulous online seller called DOTMALLS. The package I received looked as though a 4 year old had packaged it. The shoes were smashed together face to face which created permanent creases in the leather. I took pictures of the shoes and original packaging, asked for a return, provided the DOTMALLS people with the pictures. Their response: that I should return them to an address in China and then, only then,would I get a refund. Well, THat costs more than the shoes are worth, they know this. It’s now several months and they still won’t give a refund. I can see that their business will peter out with the bad publicity and customer awareness. . Maybe their plan is to make a killing and close shop. I intend to pursue a refund. My only recourse is to ask people NOT to buy from DOTMALLS. They are the people that pop up during your work on your computer; ads are everywhere and they sound legitimate. It looks like their products are shoddy all the way around from reading the reviews. My order was ruined by the method of shipment. They didn’t care. Don’t buy Zekear from DOTMALLS. Be very leary to buy Zekear. (Now this DOTMALLS is asking for the return which they’ve had for 3 months)
DO NOT purchase Zekear Shoes I also have become a victim of the Zekear scam. I received 2 pair of DAMAGED shoes. They keep offering me small incremental refunds which is a fraction of the cost.
Purchased two pairs of boots. The worst quality shoes I ever purchased!! They even smell bad. I am not going to even bother sending back, they are going in the trash.
