Starting phase 2 and hoping the diarrhea subsides. No solid poop for a week. Stomach pains and running to the bathroom all hours of the night and morning. I keep thinking it will quit. I’m wondering why I keep taking it but it’s for the deep sleep… until 2 am … hopefully not everyone’s experience.
Ok everyone’s body is different I have taken it since 5/20 and sleep better as long as I take it on time but if I take it at 12 am and have to be up at 5 it’s not giving your body the rest it needs , and for the plos it great!! Again 5 days down 4 lbs , no I’m not starving my self or having any pooping issues . I guess I’m the lucky one that it will work for. I will be purchasing it again!

I have not been able to take melatonin due to vivid nightmares but Zlem does not affect me that way nor have I had detoxifying effects that make me sit on the toilet all night. Started on 11-5-21 after starting stage 2 started itching every day it got worse, didn’t realize at the time why I was itching so much then noticed a rash and over days it got worse and has now spread from boobs to stomach to waste thighs , legs and feet. Now I am on a steriod and cream to help with the rash from the obvious allergic reaction.. only had two days left of the box and didn’t take them.. no weight loss what so ever… not the magic I was looking for.

I have almost completed the first month and can’t tell any difference, I don’t sleep better or I haven’t lost any weight. I haven’t seen any weight loss or increased energy and there’s not really a support network like you’d expect or are led to believe when you purchase it. I won’t be purchasing it again. Also, the sleep and slim Red Velvet flavor tastes really, really bad.

Melatonin should not be taken regularly. It should be for occasional use such as jet lag. And 5mg is way too much! .5mg (that is point 5 as in a half mg) is all that is needed. Anymore than that can cause nightmares. More does not equal better!

Definitely not! A lot of people think using a higher dosage of medication makes it work better. That is not always the case. Keep in mind as well once you’ve reached the cap for dosing what is your alternative?
In regards to children melatonin should not be a normal routine. Try simple things like: limit time on electronics, no electronics 3hrs before bed. By using lavender lotion for a simple back massage. You can also get lavender scented stuffed animals. Meditate w/ them.

Melatonin is an antioxidant and actually has many health benefits. I have been using if for years for me and my kids. Switched to zlem my husband lost 60lbs and I lost 20! Also my husbands liver levels are normal after years of bad tests.
I’m a nurse. We actually get melatonin prescribed regularly for alot of the elderly because as they age they produce less. It’s not addictive and is used long term as a safe alternative to Ambien or trazodone. 🙄🤦
