  1. I received 3 lightbulb cameras for $150, total. When I started to follow directions, and bulb wasn’t doing anything, I called the number on box. Dotcom guy told me that I needed to buy a monthly cloud prescription, for $20 a month, or an SD card for each of my light bulb cameras for $20 per bulb. When I said that I bought these bulbs, thinking that I didn’t need anything else, he hung up on me. Two weeks later, I noticed that my credit card was charged $14.95, by dotcom. I called dotcom again. They said I signed up for a monthly subscription of Something that didn’t make sense. I told dotcom that i wanted to send back my bulbs for a refund. He then said, but the SD cards and your bulbs will work. I asked why they don’t tell you that upfront when purchasing product that I need SD cards. He said that some people already have cards. so they’re not always needed. When I asked where I can get an SD card that will work, without ordering through dotcom, he said that won’t work, as it takes a special size. So now I refer back to the comment he made about some people already having the SD cards. I said you’re lying and I’m sending bulbs back. I told him that I disputed $14.95 charge, and will dispute the $150 charge. He then said, I will connect you to returns. This was a recording that never was designed to answer with a live person or take your call.

  2. I received the lights and installed them and they work for my purposes.
Then I start receiving unauthorized monthly charges $14.95 and emails stating my shipment is on its way. They automatically send you this unknowingly. Totally infuriating. Trying to make money on people not paying attention. I had to call customer service twice to get it canceled. We will see if I get my charges reimbursed and a email confirmation of cancellation and deletion of my contact information.
