The USPS wrapped up the broken, leaking bottles in plastic and put it in their bins outside the home. I brought it in for only a few minutes but had to leave it outside. It was a noxious, overpowering scent that made me nauseous and vomit. Worried about my asthma acting up. Called them right away and told them my elderly mom only ordered one time and they sent second shipment which is leaking and pkg disintegrated. I only had it in the house in the USPS box for a few minutes and I could smell it even in the back of the house.
You know it is a scam when you call and they cannot help you over the phone and make you email the support! And first time, disconnected me. I am saving these elderly people, these are SCAMS so do NOT buy it!
Horrid smell…lasts for hours…gagging?!! Worst of all used it on my stove and it took the numbers off the settings around the dials luckily caught it after only one dial. First bottle we used stopped spraying after 5minutes.. very cheaply made… bottom line “if it seems to good to be true…it probably is” throwing all 4bottles out
I bought 4 bottles. I can’t say the stuff smells awful or doesn’t cut grease. I can’t even get it out of the plastic bottles because none of the sprayers work.
I ordered CleanBoss because I’ve ordered other products from Joy thru HSN. This product does not clean and smells bad. I had better success in buying an all purpose cleaner from Dollar Tree. Save your money.

CleanBoss is just awful. It’s really horrible! The scent is just unbearable. I tried to put a bit of essential oil in it to change the odor, but it is so overpowering that it didn’t really make a difference. Oh and it doesn’t clean very well either. It’s not a total waste as far as it’s cleaning ability but how long can you hold your breath?
Sprayer on bottle broke after using once!!! Used to clean my floors and the smell was so strong it triggered a migraine.
A neighbor purchased a couple bottles. Came over and begged me to take them off her hands. We eventually divided them up amongst others in the neighborhood. No one, and I mean NO ONE, could stand this product. Yes, it’s a pungent odor, but I actually love the scent of thyme. I grow it in my garden, but this was still overpowering to me. And the scent lingers.. for hours. This would not have been a deal breaker if it actually worked as promised.
I’m a bit of a clean freak, so I had no real stubborn stains, but it didn’t work on minor stains in either the kitchen nor the bathroom.
I tried it in my potting shed work table and had to then rewash everything.
I then tried it on my cat’s litter box since it’s supposedly safe for animals. They refused to use it immediately after. I then left it outside for 24 and tried again, but it remained unused. I eventually had to allow it to soak in a bleach solution to get the scent out.
Long story longer.. it was a bust in four households.
We all tried really hard to find something positive about it.
p.s., don’t pour it down the drain. Just throw it away.
If it smells that bad to animals, maybe you could pour it around your flower beds to keep the deer and rabbits from eating the flowers?

I bought the four bottles awhile back and my mom passed at that same time, so I forgot about this stuff until one day doing some cleaning and rediscovered the box of four so I tried it on my stove and OMG the smell was so bad I thought maybe the batch went bad then I found out that no that rotten awful smell is the so called botanical garden smell but I soon discovered they meant botanical sewer swamp garden so I dumped it out and threw the bottles away not in the recycle as I don’t think you can eliminate that god awful smell and I will never again trust anything this person sells

However, the statement they use, ” The best feature of this cleaner is that it is 100 percent botanical, which means it never leaves a foul odor or harms animals or humans.” couldn’t be farther from the truth. There are many plants that are poisonous. Hydrangea’s contain Cyanide (a well known poison). Rhododendron and Azaleas are highly toxic. There are many more. A related fallicy is “If it’s natural, it’s good”. People have to realize that those statements are completely false. Cleanboss may be an excellent cleaner and it may be safe. However, if it is as safe as they say (and it could be), they shouldn’t use false statements in their advertising.

I got mine today. I wanted to search how people feel about it. NOT for Me. Ick. bad smell. I trusted the TV host and it was really convincing so I ordered. They say just call and cancel and no more will be sent. I think money back as well. Now I have to send the 2 boxes back to the TV Network. I don’t know why these people get to make you have saved the house with this bottled stuff. Regular cleaning any where is and has worked great for most people.
