Very dissatisfied! Ordered a sweater from this company. Not only was it too small, but it came in a different color that I had placed on order for. Impossible to return…. sent e-mails and never a response. Tel: 442032866998 listed but not a valid number. So I’m stuck with a sweater that was very expensive, doesn’t fit, and not the color I wanted. Avoid this Company to save yourself all the headaches!
Total scammers – terrible product, dishonest. Won’t return full amount …. Offer you partial refund AND keep the products – that are so poorly made and don’t fit!!!! Website says items are made in the USA, but that’s not true. Avoid!!!
I have learned not to buy when it is advertised on Facebook. It usually is being sold from China. However, I decided to try it just to see if that was the case, and I’m finding out it is with Aderez.
I can relate to all of those comments because the same is happening to me. The clothes are photographed beautifully but are made of poor quality. I kept 2 of the 3 dresses as they are light summer dresses but very thin in material! So they are ok with that but not great! The one I want to return they offer me less money and want me to keep it. It doesn’t fit even if it was a size bigger. Now I am battling customer service. I’m also posting on their social media how terrible their dresses really are and their customer service.
Had the same experience as others. Sizing was way off. I ordered 3 size small dresses. One was small the others were really big. They offered me $14 the first go around, now they are up to $28. Ridiculous. While I do like one of the dresses very much, I will never order from them again. Interesting that they lie and say they ship from Dubai when it’s really China!
Their site says everything is made in South Carolina? I assumed that was a lie. How do they get away with this?
A costly disappointment! I ordered almost $200 of clothing from this company. The sizing runs small. I contacted them to exchange for a different size. They asked me to keep the clothes ad get a $40 refund. How does that work when the clothes dont fit and you want to give me a $40 refund when I spent almost $200!
They finally said if I paid the $45 shipping, they would ship me the size I requested. Well, I paid that $45 and have never recieved the clothes. They are not responding to my emails and there is no other way to reach them.

I am having the same problem! They refuse to refund my money and I spent $26 mailing this super small clothes back to United Arab Emirates. This company is a total scam.
As with above, cheap Halloween costume material and a pittance offered. Got it up from $18 to $70 on $108. DO NOT BUY. Shame on me for not reading reviews prior to ordering. Return policy is clearly stated and although cheap, not defective so no grounds to stop pay via credit card.
I wish I would of read these reviews before I ordered. Now I’m having the same problem in trying to return an item!! It says to contact customer service by email for an easy return. OMG!!! Their clothing is terrible!!! The sizing chart is wrong. The fabric material is cheap. The stitching is cheap. They have to use Chinese women that have no shaped figures for the sewing models. If you wore a small then you’d have to order a 3XL so it might possibly fit.
This company is absolutely horrible. The dress I ordered was white and not lined although the reviews said it was lined. I would have never ordered it otherwise. Secondly, their website said that they accept returns. When I contacted them they said we will give you $44 for a $91 purchase. Why would I accept that? It’s ridiculous! I filed a dispute with PayPal and got my money back. I left them a one star review on their website but they didn’t approve it, so nobody can see it. Do not purchase from them!

This company is a complete scam! Clothes are cheap and don’t fit well. They go back and forth offering you $15-$58 dollars to keep an order for $113.97 that doesn’t fit. They say they are in Dubai but the package is Chinese. Non-existent return policy. Do not waste your money on this company. I did a dispute on my credit card to get my money back.

The credit card company reversed my credit and now Aderez is refusing to process my refund. I hope all these reviews will stop people from losing their money like so many of us.

I placed an order on 3/4/22 and have not received any shipping info. Went to their website and requested status and they said my item had been shipped. Even gave me a shipping number for ups. When I entered the number, UPS denied any info on that number having been received or delivered..
i got no confirmation of my order and it was charged to my account. There is no way to contact them. The email they provide does not exist. I don’t know what to do.
I also ordered 10 days ago. Received and email confirmation, but nothing has shipped yet. If I don’t get the dresses, I plan on disputing the charges through my credit card company. Right now, I’m still giving them the benefit of the doubt.
It will take 4-5 weeks for this horrible clothing to arrive. I disputed the charges based on non-arrival, and then package did arrive, but I am planning to dispute again because of the awful quality – and because they do not respond to inquiries about returning, despite their huge banner across the returns page about “easy exchanges and returns within 30 days.” Awful.
Make a dispute on your credit card. Most the time credit card companies will refund while they work the dispute.
They will anot allow returns, and only offer a small protion of the price paid for an item.
I had the same problem. I tried 5 times to return a too small dress, they offer me small amount for an expensive dress. They told me they are in Dubai and I would have to pay postage, they did not supply address. I am forced to accept the small amount.
Dispute this with your credit card instead of accepting their amount.
