I did not order from this awful company. Received awful cheap and ugly top. Had my credit card cancelled as it looked like a scam. What I ordered was a sparkly top. Do not use this dodgy company.
Ordered for the first time a dress and pant set. I am appalled at the poor quality. I spend $80.00. Clothes looked so nice online, when received paper thin material, like the material they used for kids Halloween costumes. I threw them away. Lesson Learned. Don’t order from this company.
What a disappointment this shopping experience was. The tracking did not work so I had no clue when it would arrive and customer service told me “not worry”. It took 25 days to receive, well after the date I needed it, so I opted for a return only to find I have to pay shipping. They also require a tracking number, which I could not find using their link so I am out the 3 items and the refund. Be careful and expect the minimum from this vendor.
Sadly similar experience to others. Poor quality and difficult to get a refund. So far I am at 65% discount and keep the goods and have a partial return address in the USA, I live in the UK! I don’t think they will send me the rest of the address as it probably does not exist… Do not buy from this company!!

So much for me doing my research. I wish I had seen this website before ordering. I ordered four items totaling 109.00. One was a beautiful dress and long jacket to go with it. The other three were blouses and one blouse was a two tier material. When the package arrived in a plastic envelope less that 12 inches long and less that one inch wide I got nervous, thinking it must me part of the order. Nope it was the entire order and everything was paper thin and so poor quality I would never wear it. Took me five emails to get a response from customer service and the claim with PayPal. When I did get a response the return rules were insane and if I met all these rules (which I did) they would send me a mystery address to send the return too. At that time after paying for tracking they would determine if it really met the criteria for refund. Or I could take a 30% off deduction and call it quits. PLEASE do not buy from this company, they are making a fortune on people who just order once. I also posted at least 20 negative reviews that were immediately dismissed and removed. Save your money, this is a scam!

Wow!! They have been telling me for days they will send the address to where I can send the things back to, still haven’t received that email! They tried to offer a discount if I keep the items, why would I do that, I can’t wear them!!!
I am disappointed in my order. All are too small even though I went by their size guide. Wanted to return but they seem reluctant for me to return. On their web site everything is quoted in NZ$ but when they refund everythng is in $AUS. My order was sent from NZ. I settled on a partical refund and to keep the items which don’t fit. (if you return the items they have to be sent to USA) seems like a Mickey Mouse outfit to me. If you do place an order I would get a couple of sizes bigger than you normally would.
I agree with the sizes, I thought I ordered the correct size and is actually too small now. I want to return the clothes I bought and have an exchange. By reading these reviews it looks like it is impossible to do so. Now I’m stuck with clothes (that are nice) but too small. I selected items I was interested in and filled out the order information but did not click “submit”. I remebered I was on FB so went to check the online evaluation and it doesn’t look good. When I went back to the order page, the order was gone. This happened to me once before and I was never able to get my money back. Here’s hoping the merchandise is worth it.

I ordered a pants set. What came was a flimsy top, different color pants and a separate pants, all too small. Really horrible clothes. The price was ridiculous for the product they sent to me. Trying to contact them for a return label and running into roadblocks.

Clothes are good but small, However I have contacted them SIX times and they have NOT responded to send the clothes that don’t fit back. Think TWICE about ordering from them.

Stay away from this company. It’s located in Hong Kong according to my credit card company. Shipping is slow. . Merchandise is not sized correctly- too small by four sizes. Do not use this company! Returns policy is a joke! Really wish I had checked the company out first. I am now out of pocket and my only viable option is to donate clothes to a charity shop. Sizing way too small.
My order came just as requested except one pair of shorts was a small. I do not wear small and clothing runs small. I was told I can return shorts at my expense and they will exchange for right size and I will have to pay for return shipping to me. I could also buy another pair of shorts and return the small pair I received, and would be given a refund on shorts returned. I am to pay for their mistake , or if I order a new pair who says I’ll get the right size this time ? VERY very bad , I will not order here ever again.

Thought I was buying from UK site as website was .co.uk. Items arrived after several weeks. All too big, and several item’s colours were very different from shown and were therefore not suitable. Took 3 emails to get a return address which proved to be in USA. I was responsible for posting. A tracking number was requested, which would have cost £30. I have accepted £28 compensation on a £90 order and will donate items. Won’t use again, quality wasn’t great, items all made in China, sizing poor, colour accuracy very poor and returns are actively discouraged. Would go as far as to call this a scam company. AVOID

I ordered 5 items. Only a tee shirt was half way decent. I decided to keep all anyway except one item. I have been trying for weeks to return it. They will return emails, but you will NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK if you are dissatisfied for any reason. And believe me, you will be dissatisfied! (They asked me to send pictures of all the tags and the bag that it came in and the outside sticker of the mailing bag….I did all of this) Then they told me that they didn’t have a place for me to mail it to, but after complaining to American Express, they sent me an address. When I looked it up online, it looked like some closed down dump in Rosedale, NY. I sent it anyway. Still fighting to get my money back.
Ordered 2 tops in my size. Both were too small through the chest. Emailed the company today for information on how to get a refund. I disliked the color on one( pepto Bismal pink) but love the white one. Would love to order a size up in the white. Keeping my fingers crossed that I hear from them.
First time I ordered it took over a month to get my tops. They were very nice and well made with good quality materials. Six weeks (April 17th)ago I ordered some more, but I still have not received them nor any accceptable explanation. I have contacted them twice with little response The first tracking response was all in Chinese and the translation was worthless. The last tracking response indicated that my order had made a very circuitous route throughout the United States from one coast to another with no apparent indication as to when it will arrive. In spite of the fact that I liked their designs, I will definitely not order from them again for obvious reasons.

I bought 3 items directly from Azzlee, but I never will again. Delivery was a long time and returns are a night mare. Will donate the 2 items that I wanted to exchange and will never order from here again.
How did you get to process a return? I have been unable to get any info on how to do the return. Each time I put there contact info in that is available on their website, it redirects me back to the main home page.
Returns are a nightmare- they want me to send a photo showing how the garment fits to justify my request for return, aswell as requiring the shipping fee to be paid by me.

I ordered four items early April and received them this week. Two of them fit and are decent but two of them did not fit. According to the refund policy, you cannot send anything back without approval from their service department. I went on their website and entered my order number and it doesn’t come up. I emailed the service department with my order number and the items on it but they have not responded. I am very disappointed with the service and will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered cute slip on shoes size 8.5. almost 4 wks later got size 5 delivered to me in plastic bag with no receipt. Forget talking with customer service. Tried e mailing, had to send pics of packaging and shoes to email address they provided. Wouldn’t go through. I would say buy at your own risk. I won’t ever again. Also I paid using capital one card. It was charged through 3rd party PAYPAL. Why?
I just received my 2 tops and two bottoms The tops had no resemblance of my order. The one pant leg was crooked and the other pair had no hem!!! Of course no return on the plastic envelope they came in. I would definitely say SCAM!! They looked so lovely on Facebook but don’t be fooled!!!
This company is FAKE. They do not exist, but somehow they manage to charge your credit card. If you have ordered clothing from their website, file a fraud report immediately.

I’d suggest that you first read their return policies and procedures. I read that if someone doesn’t accept their package they will only be refunded 50% of the purchase price. PayPal has always protected their consumers.

Everything people have claimed here is true. Clothes are not true to size. They are too small and cheaply made.

This company is fake and a scam.
Have just received my order 2 tops should have been cotton but they are polyester and 1 jumper very nice but has a large hole in it ,
there was no invoice it the bag or any return address,

I ordered what looked like a very stylish, loose cotton top. I ordered my regular size, medium. 3 weeks later, I receive the garment in a plastic envelope with no return address or invoice of any kind. The shirt would probably fit me if my back was very hunched…. The fabric doesn’t look or feel like cotton, regardless of what the label says. Do NOT order from this company!

I ordered one top and one dress.
They looked lovely online, but in ‘real life’ the top was ugly on, the material felt weird and stank. Not something I’d wear if it was free.
The dress again looked lovely online, but even though it doesn’t stink and is thin cotton it looks like some clothing out a rag bag, nothing like the picture. I’m returning. I wish I’d seen this site before. All my experience from buying on FB is a scam except for Clarks shoes, which were as shown online. Very unhappy with Azzlee.
