I received 2 dresses, that did not fit and were completely see through. I reached out to them numerous times immediately after I finally received the dresses. They say they have a 30 day full refund policy. They will not refund your money and they tell you to keep the dresses. The dresses won’t fit anyone I know and they are made so cheap and you can see through all of the cheap material. DO NOT ORDER from them!

I had the same experience as everyone else on here. Ordered 4 items, poor quality, didnt fit, and can’t return. Offered me $12 and keep the items after sending them about 5 threatening emails. The shipment was from Singapore they are out of Dubai. After advertising they are in Indiana which is the only reason I ordered from them! How do we stop these scams?! They blocked me on facebook after I told many people my experience.

This is a SCAM! Do not order anything from these people. They have full refund advertised and then they offer $12 refund and you keep the clothes. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I purchased 2 dresses for $97 from this website which outlines its return policy as well. I received the dresses which are of poor quality, torn and the fabric is gross. I emailed them per their instructions for a return air bill. After 7 emails (I’ve saved all my emails with them) they offered me $12. Their website says full refund within 30 days. I went to their website and left them bad reviews, which were deleted a day later. Of course, all their “fake reviews” are 5 star!
A total scam. My first return offer was for $15. The next offer was $31 and the final offer was $40. I finally accepted the $40 but what a hassle. They don’t want there items returned and if you insist you will just be out more money. Now I’m scared to buy anything on line. Terrible experience.

I used PayPal to purchase $200 worth of clothing. It took 6 weeks to arrive vs. them touting 7-10 days on their FB page. The material is awful, feels like plastic and the designs are screen printed vs. woven. Nothing was true to size.
They also claim all merchandise is manufactured and shipped from with the US…another lie, they come from China. After multiple back and forth conversations through PayPal, and an incredibly small refund offer which I rejected, they have said they will refund in full if I return the merchandise. You’re never going to get an RA# I have been fighting with them for 3 weeks now and they sent me a return address for Dubai if I want a refund I have to send back at my own expense but their disclosure to me was it was going to cost me more to return the dress than what I paid for it. They said maybe I should donate the dress.
I bought 4 dresses at a cost of $160.00. I received the dresses which were made of poor quality quality and were very tentlike on my body.. not the flowing dress that was described. I’ve contacted 7 times and they agreed to pay $24 and $45 if I covered the cost of shipping. After refusing those low amounts, I agreed to full refund and I pay shipping. I have done that and as of a couple of days ago it was being sent back to me by USPS because of no such address. Now I am out $160.00 plus the $27 for postage and insurance. Sent another message to cayred.com.

I too have had a bad experience. When tracking my order, I found out it had been sent to “Mail Recovery” as not deliverable. When I contacted the company, they informed me that I had given them the wrong shipping address. I immediately sent them a screenshot of my confirmed order showing that I did not give the wrong address. They tell me they will resend the order if I’m willing to pay shipping. I’m in the process of trying to cancel the order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I am getting the same runaround. I am 4’11” figured a mini skirt dress would fit in length even to the knee. It came to my ankles and was tight across the top. They offered me $7 to keep it. Nope I want a full refund.

The dresses I received were made of a terrible, thin fabric and looked like a potato bag. They were not at all stylish like the pictures looked. How do you return dresses to Cayred??
I ordered two dresses. I received an email a week ago stating they had shipped and giving me a tracking number. USPS still shows that no package has been shipped with that tracking number. I emailed asking for the correct tracking number or for them to reship the dresses. I have not received a reply. I paid via PayPal, so I will likely have to get them involved to get my money back.

I ordered a dress. With shipping it came to $54.00. It did not fit. I emailed them that I wanted to send it back. They told me they would send me $5 and to keep the dress. I said that would not work for me and then they answered they would send me $12 and to keep the dress. I am going to get my charge card involved and see about fraud charges.
The same thing happened to me. I bought a dress that had the right size tag but was about 2 sizes too small. They offered me $8 and I said no since it cost me over $50 and they told me I could keep it. Why would I keep a dress 2 sizes too small. Then they offered me $12 then $6. I ordered a dress based on the size chart provided. When I received the dress the bust was so very tight I will not be able to wear it. I wrote to the company to see how to return it since there were no instructions on how to return when I received the dress. The dress cost $60. I received a reply that they wanted me to keep the dress and they would send me a $6.00 credit. So the $60 dress suddenly has a value of $6. I told them to keep the six dollars and I would throw the dress away and write a bad review.
