This company is a scam to the highest degree! Do not order from them! I tried to return 3 of the 4 items and they kept offering to refund part of the money. The items do not come from the US at all. Mine apparently came from Dubai and they used that as an excuse not to allow me to return for a full refund. Never again!!!
I too just experienced issues. I bought the clothing because of the made in America claim. One of the items was defective and instead of an exchange or return, the firm haggled with me to accept $$ and keep the defective items. After going back and forth, I accepted the offer. Not worth the hassle. Don’t buy from this firm.

Completely true, unfortunately. I paid $90 for two sweaters that are NOTHING like advertised and can’t be worn, and their ‘service’ team is currently trying to haggle with me about how much of my money they’ll give me back. TERRIBLE business.

False Advertising/Refusal to Take Returns
The company was advertised as based in South Carolina, but I was charged $1.36 foreign transaction fee from Alxoy London. I ordered 4 tops that fit tight in the back loose at the shoulders. Upon requesting a mailing return label and refund, I was told to keep the items and I would be refunded $15.00 of the original bill of $136.76. So, I lost $123.12 (136.76 + 1.36 – 15 = 123.12). No indication of the $15.00 refund has appeared on my account.
