Arrbyi is a total scam. I ordered two dresses and wanted to send one back and the other one I wanted to exchange for a different size and I spent 98.80. I paid with paypal so I would be protected. The first offer was 13.00 and the next one was 45.00. What am I going to do with two dresses I cannot use. I told them I would mail the dresses back to the address on the envelope the dresses arrived in. Not a mention from them allowing that. BUYER BEWARE!!!
