I ordered some laundry soap & dryer sheets. I love the laundry sheets! So much better than the big bulky bottles I’ve lugged around my whole life, a pain in the butt! I love that they don’t irritate my skin & get my clothes clean & smelling clean! I love the dryer sheets too, I hate static & I have used bounce for years because I HATE STATIC! So far they have done a really great job! Thank you for your wonderful products & for the large amount of space in my closet now! I have been telling my family & friends about the laundry sheets & given them some of mine! They love them too! I gave the website so they can order also. Thanks & God bless.

“It’s a good idea. However, the 13-gallon bags are just cut off at the top so there’s no way to stretch them over the trash can. I tried using tape but it didn’t hold as the bag got heavier. Very surprised there’s no drawstring or any way to attach the bag. Regarding the storage bags, because these products are green you can’t see what’s inside the bag. So I write on them and the list gets longer and longer. I’m sorry I got these but maybe you’ll like them better.”

“Wow, this company seems like a front for scammers and I regret ever having seen them on Instagram. The kitchen trash bags biodegrade IN the kitchen trash can! We’ve had to wash it out every time. Obviously, they also leak into the can we put on the street for pickup, so I had to clean that stinky one out last week. Tried contacting them for a refund and because it had been ‘over 30 days’ they flatly refused. We spent over $100 for this ‘subscription’ scam and still don’t know if they will keep trying to bill our card or not, but I feel cheated. We thought we were being Earth Friendly and it feels like we were taken advantage of. We’re now fighting the charge with our CC company. PLEASE DON’T GET FOOLED! This is a weird, almost MLM-style business with boilerplate responses that sells a FLAWED PRODUCT. I mean, how hard is it to design a trash bag that doesn’t fall apart?!”

“Whatever was happening last year (I just read the poor reviews), I believe Cleanomic has remedied the situation. I had a shipping issue last week (not caused by Cleanomic at all), and their service team answered my chat request, jumped on it right away, replaced my lost product immediately at no charge (even though it was not their fault), no questions asked. Super helpful, just the way good customer service should be, and then some. Oh, and I really love the laundry soap sheets – they work very well, and I feel like I’ve done something mindful to help our common goal to rid ourselves of plastic waste.”

“Absolutely no customer service. All their online websites are automatically blocked and deemed RED FLAG dangerous by ******. And ridiculous excuses in their descriptions of how to reach customer service, which is basically discouraged. Twice I ordered just the earthwash product and each time was also charged for a second product I did not order. That time I was told to keep the offending product and sent token small refund. The second time (this month) I caught their mistake instantly after ordering and immediately within minutes sent an email requesting that the entire order be canceled. Got a quick response that that wouldn’t be possible! Tried again to respond. ******* ‘Cleanomic customer service’ and discovered there is no such thing.
