Ordered 5 items with the 5th item as per their promo was free. I have not received the free item and have contacted them numerous times with no response. I would not recommend this company.
Australia – DONT BUY FROM This WEBSITE COMUNV SWIMWEAR OR PENALOE – I ordered from this website and received my order the swimwear is not well made and its ill fitting. It is stitched with cotton not elastic and you would need to be anorexic to get into them. This company charges in US dollars and offers discounts that are never added to your order. When you try to return your items they offer a $10 discount if you keep them claiming that they have to be returned to China.

Penaloe clothing advertises free exchange with orders over $79 and up to 60% off if you buy so many items. This company has reviews but they are false the clothing. in the reviews the fabric is stretchy and when you get the clothes its not.

I agree.. I have been trying to get a refund since Nov 2022 and they have not provided todate.
I received 3 swimsuits, tried them on but torso was very short and could not get over my shoulders. Repackaged them and after weeks they FINALLY gave me a return address. Before giving me the address they wanted me to keep the swimsuits and take a $25.00 credit???
I did not agree, I wanted a refund ($81.27 USD)
I gave them the tracking number & mailed them pack. Status shows it reached China back in December & went through their customs but beyond that very little if any other status has been provided from China (not that unsual).
So I am out swimsuit cost & shipping ( which they di not pay)

I placed an order since June 29th 2022 and until now (August 2nd) I have not received my items. I sent 2 emails @ service@comunv.com without response.
I too have received an incomplete order. Similar/same as the other purchaser. Also sizing is not correct. My size is L according to their chart. The items are marked L however probably 1 -2 sizes too small !!!!!

Order was incomplete. Ordered 2 2-piece sets (swimsuit with wrap). 1 set came with swimsuit only and 1 came with only the wrap. Both were advertised and ordered as 2-piece set. My order confirmation shows 2- piece sets. Order was placed on June 15th. Received incomplete order July 14th. I have not been able to locate any contact info for them. The tracking info stated merchandise was being sent from China. The address on package shows a shipped from address in New Jersey. Will not order from this site again.
