I ordered leatherboots on 22 Sept 2022 received a tiny lil pkge with a CRAPPY RING in it with a yellow guarantee card from GRA. Knew I had not ordered a CRSPPY RING so matched the TRACKING number with my BOOTS order & voila it was the same. So I paid for BOOTS & got a CRAPPY RING. I ordered clothes and shoes a total of 15 items and it said it was delivered but they never sent my items not one thing I paid for was ever delivered to my home, what I received was a fake diamond ring in a nice box that had paperwork like it was a natural diamond after taking to a jeweler which I already knew, it was as fake as the website. I have emailed them and they will not return my email oh yeah one guy did and it was in Spanish. All I want is the clothes and shoes I ordered and paid for if I wanted a fake diamond I would have ordered one. I am filing fraud and theft charges against this company. I’m still waiting on my items I ordered on September 29, 2022 and I haven’t received them yet. I’m starting to thínk this isn’t a ligit site.
It’s coming from China, so shipping might take a month or so. I ordered on 9/28/22, got no confirmation or tracking number but i took a screenshot when i placed the order. I emailed them about the status of my order on 10/10/22 and they responded with an apology, a tracking number and an offer of 10% discount for the delay. According to the tracking site, the item was indeed shipped before 10/10 and as of now, cleared by customs here in the US.
Will have to see if indeed arrives and how it looks. If everything ok, i will order again just have to be aware of the long shipping time.
