I ordered approximately $150 worth of clothing on my first order. That was my first mistake. They were NOTHING like the pictures and were not sized properly. The clothing was cheaply made and I do not think I would have worn them even if they had fit properly. I tried to return them but there was so many hoops to jump through that I ended up donating the clothing as it wasn’t worth my time and effort to “prove” anything. I measured before I bought and fell well within the measurements that the site provided but the clothing was about 3 sizes too small. Don’t waste your money.
Let me start off with, I was very skeptical about ordering from Emery Rose. I placed an order for six shirts and ordered by their sizing chart. I received my shipment seven days later. The shipment included everything I ordered and each item was packed in a nice resealable bag. Each item looked like the one I ordered and all items fit so I won’t be checking out their returns. I am happy with the product and will order from here again. If your looking for high end quality this isn’t your company but if your looking for nice quality at a value price give them a try. I would rate the quality as good if not better than Walmart. I just received some shirts from Kohls and the quality is equal.
I ordered a dress in May. A month later got it. It was cheaply made and not the color that was shown in the ad. I sent it back immediately and have not gotten a refund yet.(two months). Now I have another charge for something I did not order. Never again.
Don’t buy “ANYTHING” from these people. They act like all of their customer reviews are positive on their website, but they obviously aren’t listing any negatives because they don’t allow us customers to write negatives. I purchased 12 different items for my wife and being that they weren’t all worn in the first 6 weeks (45 days) they claimed that their warranty period is expired. If my wife only put something on to try the fit and lets it hang in the closet for 45 days before wearing it out for a dinner party, it shouldn’t be voided out of warranty because the fabric literally ripped like a cheap fabric. I wish that they would allow us to post images on here of their cheap fabric…

I ordered from them and received my items in less than a week from date of ordering.
Not only were they fast, but the clothes are good quality, including the packages they came in. A ziplock fancy bag I will reuse.
The clothes are all a perfect fit and love them all. And I will certainly order from them again.
I was worried they were scammers too because of all the bad reviews, but these products and getting them so fast is incredible.
So I don’t understand why others say bad things about them. Do Not Listen To The Naysayers! They are wrong!

If I had got these items elsewhere it would have cost double what I paid for. I got good products, fast and am very happy.

I love Emery Rose! I placed an order for 12 items and received them all in one delivery eight days later. wonderful! Excellent quality. so ecstatic!!
I got two swimsuits and one size up in case my original size didn’t fit. It’s ridiculous how different their sizes are. I wanted to return them, but was told there were no returns on swimwear, which is complete nonsense. However, the return policy is not displayed when you place an order; it is only displayed when you need to return something. They are a swindler that solely wants your money. They don’t give a damn if their customers are satisfied or not. If customers are dissatisfied, at the very least give them a refund!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS; IT IS NOT WORTH IT AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Personally, I’m glad they would not let you return a swimsuit. I mean would you really want to try on a swimsuit knowing that some other woman’s vagina had possibly been on it? That just gross! And besides no store will let you return swimsuits and underwear, why should Emery Rise be any different?

I have placed several orders and I have loved everything. Quality material at really great prices. Cute styles. Quick shipping. I haven’t tried to return anything. If you need to try things on, this is probably not for you.

I ordered six shirts, one of which was a size larger than my usual size. They were all quite little and short.
The garments did not appear to be as depicted in the picture. There’s a reason they’re so inexpensive. Yuck. I was disappointed, and I would not suggest it.

I have no reservations about placing an order with them. Shein is a part of EmeryRose size 12 and up and is for smaller women. I’m not sure how one poster could expect delivery in two to three days….smh. It’s not from Macy’s, but from China! My belongings arrived in around 5 days. My only gripe is with the sweatshirts. Some, but not all, of the sweatshirts are constructed of a shiny polyester-like material.
Today, something strange happened to me. My bank’s fraud department called to inform me that “Emery Rose” had submitted a charge for $288. I’d never heard of this website, let alone purchased anything from them! My card was still in my wallet, so I’m not sure how they acquired my card number! Please keep an eye on your credit card charges since you may not be as fortunate as I was in having my bank notify me!
